I was my good fortune to be born in Chaska and have lived in the area for 41 of my 59 years. I enjoy the community and closeness to family as well as the rural country surroundings and the access to greater Minnesota. My roots were established before I even new they existed as my mother is one of 9 children. We are still a large and close family and I feel I was lucky to have them as both my role models and my support system.
My wife Lori and I have 4 dogs! We only wanted one, Eli, (in the picture) but he was lonely as an only child so we invited Jack into the family. It has been our great fortune to adopt Mollie and Luke as others from our extended family could no longer care for them. So this is us.
I have owned and managed 8 Single Family homes that I have rented for more than 20 years. I have enjoyed working to make each, a positive addition to their neighborhoods, while maintaining good community resources for those who have trusted me as their landlord.
Lori is a social worker for Carver County and also came from a family of 9. She grew up as part of the Chaska farming community, on the dairy farm worked and owned by her father, mother, brothers and sisters. The family waters run deep with all of the in-laws, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and all of the accompanying friends and attachments.
