This 2 bed/2.5 bath home has it all - privacy, outdoor space, location, location, location! You have Victor's restaurant at your back door, Captain Jack's is 5 minutes away, the Ptown Inn and pool are an easy 10-minute walk. From the condo it is straight down the bike path to the dunes and the extensive dune bike network with bike shops nearby. If you go in the other direction, you will be at Joe's Coffee or Relish and at the BoatSlip or shopping in less than 10 minutes. This property is on an upper level, so there are no neighbors above. At 1,775 square feet, the place is spacious with a lovely attached outside deck providing a wonderful setting for conversation and cocktails! Each bedroom is accompanied by an ensuite bathroom and its own TV and electronics. The gourmet kitchen will make the chef(s) happy, and the open concept allows for him/her not to miss out on all the fun - the meal can then be served at the 8-person table! One free parking space adjacent to the building, a/c, and a washer/dryer complete the property.
There is a gas grill for your use. There are plenty of beach towels/umbrellas for your short walk to the water's edge. There is also a bike rack adjacent to the building if you decide to venture off to the extensive dune bike paths.
