Peace and Luxury in the West End

Please note that during months of July and August and the first 2 weeks of September the property is rented as 7 day minimum, SAT-SAT. Because my rentals usually run SAT-Sat, however the July 4th weekend becomes a problem. For this upcoming 2026 year, I have made an exception and will accept a 6-7day booking leaving on July 5. Minimum stays are noted on the calendar for other dates as well.

This 2 bed/2.5 bath home has it all - privacy, outdoor space, location, location, location. You have Victor's restaurant at your back door, Captain Jack's is 5 minutes away, the Ptown Inn and pool are an easy 10-minute walk. If you go in the other direction, you will be at Joe's Coffee or Relish and shopping in less than 10 minutes. This property is on an upper level, so there are no neighbors above. At 1,775 square feet, the place is spacious with a lovely attached outside deck providing a wonderful setting for conversation and cocktails! Each bedroom is accompanied by an ensuite bathroom and its own TV and electronics. The gourmet kitchen will make the chef(s) happy, and the open concept allows for him/her not to miss out on all the fun - the meal can then be served at the 8-person table! One free parking space adjacent to the building, a/c, and a washer/dryer complete the property.
There is a gas grill for your use. There are plenty of beach towels/umbrellas for your short walk to the water's edge. There is also a bike rack adjacent to the building if you decide to venture off to the extensive dune bike paths.

Please note that this is a non- smoking property. Our apologies for pet exclusions due to owner allergies.

Quite simply, this was the very best condo/townhouse that we rented in our many stays in Provincetown over the years. The owner was very helpful beforehand, when we arrived, and when we departed. The condo is simply perfect. :-)

Absolutely would recommend this place, 10/10. Joe was super helpful and communicative from start to finish, made the entire trip a breeze. The space is even better than the photos, clean, bright, comfortable and so spacious, a week wasn't long enough! The location is perfect, short bike ride or walk to everything you need in the west end. Loved having morning coffee out on balcony, and the kitchen had everything you would need and more for a vacation rental. Felt so relaxed and comfortable here, I can't recommend it enough, no notes!!

A light, airy escape

This is a beautiful place to stay. So conveniently located to all the hot spots in town, but just far enough removed that it feels quiet and peaceful. Sitting in the living room with its high ceilings and gorgeous fireplace was a great way to start the day, even in summer.

Highly recommend !!

The condo is in immaculate condition and is equipped with anything you might need. The location (with parking) was perfect for morning walks at the very tip of Ptown ad convenient to go into the action of the Commercial Street area. Our contacts with the owners was terrific. Joe really wants his guests to enjoy their vacation and is a great source of recommendations for restaurants and Outer Cape activities. Highly recommend !!

Spectacular condo. Bright, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect with Victor’s ( top notch) restaurant just steps from your door. A short walk to Commercial Street and to the Breakwater Causeway. Joe the host is friendly, helpful and just a phone call away to answer any and all questions. Book this !!!

Perfection

This was one of our best stays in Provincetown. The condo was perfect -- spotless, modern, well-equipped and spacious. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Location wise, the neighborhood is quiet, but only a quick walk to all the action on Commercial street. The host was extremely gracious and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We definitely recommend this condo, and can't wait to be back in the future.

Large Newly Renovated Home in Great Location

We stayed at Joe's place for a week this past summer. He was an excellent host and was even able to get us checked-in a bit early. Super-responsive to every question and need. The condo is notable for both its size and newish renovations -- two features that are hard to find in most PTown rentals. The master bathroom alone is larger than many guest rooms in this town! The condo is right next to Victor's restaurant and a short walk to all the attractions of Ptown's West End. Would happily stay here again

Great host and home.

It is difficult to write a review of this property when everything has been said so accurately already. We too have been coming to town for the past 30 years and have stayed at many different rentals yet NONE come close to what you'll find in this home. Too notch in everyway. Peaceful, yes. Perfect location? No doubt. Luxury? ABSOLUTELY!.

West End Treasure

Property was fantastic! From decor to inventory of all needs. Joe was ever available for all inquiries and very speedy to reply. The unit was spacious and quite cozy, organized, immaculate and so wonderfully attended to. Very tasteful, yet simple. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was easy to find. West End delight - close to everything! Home away from home. We've been coming to PTown for decades. Always staying in a different location. This is, by far, the best rental we have ever procured.

The West End of Provincetown is the sweetest part of the town. The people are lovely, the restaurants are excellent and plentiful. Most importantly it is peaceful and quiet there.

It is a wonderful place to stay 3-4 seasons per year. Don't forget to ask VRBO regarding select weekly discount options during months of March, April, and May, June, September October and November (10 percent discount on nightly room rate for periods of 7 days or longer and 15%discount for a monthly rental.
