The place was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive and sent thorough documentation beforehand that I could share with the other guests to get us all prepared. The location is fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. It sounds like sometimes parking can be a bit complicated (it's in an area shared with other units), we had no trouble!

Communication prior to check in and information about our stay was above expectations. The place is clean, modern, and quite beautiful. Way more remotes for things than expected but we figured it out.

Beautiful condo! Immaculate, well appointed, and the perfect location. Easy access to restaurants and shops. All within walking distance. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated and the entire condo is bright and colorfully decorated. We will certainly stay again! Thank you for an amazing visit!

We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach.

Property location is great; very close to many of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Other than a small issue at check-in (which was resolved), host was very accommodating and helpful. Fridge / pantry had the essentials, which was nice. Plenty of linens and extra pillows as well.

This is an exceptional Provincetown rental. The location could not be more ideal, being just over a block to the Boatslip and a quick peddle to the beach. Leigh has done an amazing job of making this a very comfortable and well-appointed rental. The fixtures, bedding, and kitchen appliances are all new, clean, and beautiful. I support everything all the other reviewers have said, including that it is the best stocked VRBO ever. Thank you for making this wonderful spot available to me. Rent with confidence.

Amazing spot for your Provincetown stay....

This cozy place was the perfect spot for our group of friends to spend time together and serve as our home base in Ptown. Location cannot be beat, close to literally everything, located on a quiet street but steps to the thrum of Commercial street. Nicely decorated and a kitchen to die for, great if you are looking to cook, one of the best supplied kitchens I've ever rented. Highly recommended all around.

We spent a week at Leigh’s gorgeous home this summer, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely amazing! The place is packed with all the amenities you could ever want. The best part? There’s a porch with a retractable awning that’s perfect for relaxing and sipping on cocktails in the evenings. The house itself is beautifully decorated and equipped. There’s a cozy living room with games to keep us entertained during our downtime. And the bathrooms? They’re spotless and have plenty of space for all our guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, from appliances to tools. But what really sets this home apart is the location. It’s just perfect! It’s right across the street from one of P-Town’s busiest gyms and a short walk to the Boatslip Resort. We had an incredible time, and Leigh was always there to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was an A week with A accommodations. I highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing Stay

This property was a beautiful and clean place. The location was perfectly within walking distance to everything in town. The host was very communicative and available for any questions. He made the stay smooth and enjoyable! Our entire group loved this stay!

Great place, great location!

The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. From the modern and comfy decor and furniture, to the soft beds (we all slept very well!), to morning coffee on the deck, this place was a treat. Not to mention that it’s in a fantastic location! Leigh was very communicative and I never had to wait long for a reply when I had a question. Highly recommended!

Easy getaway

A great condo for our family of 4 (parents, teen, and tween)! The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to coffee/restaurants, shops, bike rentals, MacMillan Pier, etc. We could spread out when we needed to and hang out together in the evenings: comfy beds and up-to-date bathrooms, and the large kitchen island worked for board games during our down time, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and plates, utensils, glasses, etc. It was nice to have off-street parking for peace of mind as well. Overall, a great place to stay!

Holly folly weekend

Stayed in Ptown for the weekend with friends and family. The place was wonderful, as pictured, beautiful updated bathrooms. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking in.

Great in every way

One of the best places I've stayed. Location was perfect. Most well-stocked rental ever. Just was great in working through a slight glitch and was incredibly responsive. 5 stars don't even cover it.
