Wrap around deck newly built 24x12 screened in deck addition in the back with a GORGEOUS wooded view - you'll feel like you're in a

Super comfy memory foam mattresses on all the beds plus high quality 100% cotton sheets. Smart TV's in ALL bedrooms and plenty of outlets to charge your devices.

Have a boat? We have tons of paved parking for your vehicles and trailer, plus a huge covered parking spot for your boat if needed. Don't have a boat? We are just 5 to 10 minutes from nearby marinas where you can rent one by the day. Or get out and explore and enjoy all the fun activities Pickwick has to offer. We're located in the heart of Counce, just minutes to several area restaurants, the Pickwick Supermarket and beautiful Pickwick Landing State Park.

You'll love our well-stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to cook full meals for your family and the best coffee bar at the lake! We also have a gas grill available for your use.

The Boho Bungalow is personally managed by the owner. If you need anything during your stay, we are just a phone call away. We love our Pickwick home and know you will too!

The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. The home has an artisan coffee bar with at least 4 ways to make coffee and all the fixens for s'mores. ( see pictures )The host also provides snacks. There was a small bundle of wood provided for us to make a fire at the pit. The rooms are big. The living room was nice. Very close to what you need. Very quite area. The pictures do not show how close the neighbors are. The neighbors are right on top of you. There wasn't much privacy when using the hot tub. The neighbors live next door on one side. So if you are looking for seclusion this is not the house for you. Its located in a neighborhood. Cute neighborhood. Not a busy road but right on the road if you have small children. The host does provide a safety gate for the front porch to help with safety. When we went it did rain and the driveway area and where the fire pit is became slick and I fell a few times with boots on so be careful. There are cameras for safety on the outside of the property. The home is decorated very cute. They even have board games and books. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and water was hot. Overall I would stay here again. The host was prompt in answering my questions. We had a little snag in getting the door code. Other than that this is an excellent choice of a place to stay.

Cute Getaway in Pickwick!

We chose to stay at this property as a last minute day trip from Memphis and couldn't be happier! Everything in the rental was just as described and immaculately maintained. It was a perfect quiet and cozy destination to get away from our busy lives. The house is within 10 minutes of just about everything within Pickwick. We enjoyed being able to quickly visit the park or a restaurant and come back to enjoy the hot tub and board games on the enclosed porch. We would highly recommend this property for couples looking to get away!

Felt like home

We stayed here for a weekend as just a little getaway and the pictures do not do it justice. This home is so cozy and has everything you need for a weekend of rest and relaxation. We loved the hot tub and the coffee bar. The beds are so comfortable we are actually ordering the same mattress for our home lol. Highly recommend!

Very cute and homey property. Lots of places to lounge outside, including a screened in deck. Firewood was provided for the fire pit and small essentials to get your vacation started. Communication with the homeowner was easy and the responses were quick. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Friend get away

The home was everything it advertised it to be and then some. My best friend and I, who are both in our mid 60’s, stayed here to get away from our routine lives, make time to chat, reconnect, and fix the world’s problems. We either were relishing in the quiet and serene wilderness of the screen porch watching a deer graze or spending hours soaking the ache away in the jacuzzi. The owner even arranged to deliver a step stool for us older ladies to get up into the jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable for our older bodies and ceiling fans made sleeping so much better. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. The neighborhood and location was beautifully wooded and well maintained. I never heard dogs barking or any loud music, just cicadas and tree frogs. I will book again and next time I will bring my family. Thanks so much.

Shiloh Trip

It was overall a good stay. There were a few issues of a broken door and hair in the shower before we even got there. The hot tub in the back was awesome and a nice thing to do at the bungalow. Having the beds in each room is great for a family stay. The coffee station was great as well. Having no garbage pickup is not a good thing for a weekend stary as you have to check out at 10am and they don't open till 1pm.

Just Right for R&R

This host has thought of it all!! This was a 4 day get away for me and my husband. We cooked full meals every day thanks to an extremely well stocked kitchen and on the grill. He fished and I sat in the hot tube watching Ole Miss sports. TV in every room. Updated kitchen with a really nice Boho design! Perfect setting for a morning or afternoon stroll. The screened in porch was perfect when it was raining. We will certainly be back!! Leave your work at home and enjoy this getaway spot! You will thank me later!

Super Cozy

You will NOT be disappointed. If I was told to find something to complain about I could not. Everything was spotless including appliances etc.. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. I cooked full meals every evening and had everything I needed. Even has a great stock of spices in case you should forget something. Grill worked perfect as well. Hot tub was nice and outdoor shower as clean as the one inside !

Nice home in good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first trip to the area and I was expecting more cabin than house in a neighborhood but all in all it’s a nice, cozy spot with proximity to the lake and parks. neighborhood is quiet and the screened in back porch was s nice treat.

Great place but read the fine print...

This is a great place to stay, and I would again. However, it is advertised as having 2 bathrooms but if you continue to read the description it does say 1.5. Ok they have the nice outdoor shower to assist (we had six people) but the outdoor shower you see in the photo is not in the same condition now. The fixtures have been removed and it's more of a makeshift outdoor storage shed. The outdoor gas grill was a little tough to light, but the property contact was helpful and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Inside was clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable.

Great family vacation

Our family just moved to Tennessee, and we heard people say how amazing Pickwick is. We checked it out Fourth of July weekend. And it was super fun. This house is within walking distance to the lake although it is a pretty steep road to get up but driving was OK. Parking was free right near the boat ramp too. House was clean and modern. Enough room for our family. No complaints will come visit again and highly recommended.

Great Location and Adorable Home

Me and family of six stayed in this home for the weekend. We had a lovely experience. It was close to the boat ramp, and we had plenty of parking. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The kids were excited to play the games that were provided. Host had great communication. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will definitely return!!!

Fishing tournament

The house was really nice and very clean the covered boat parking was awesome with lights and electrical outlets . There was a boat ramp right up the street it does have limited parking for just a few trailers so you may need to return your trailer to the house and drive back with your vehicle to park . The only issue we had was trying to program the door lock for a code of our choice but not a big deal. The host did a great job with emails and instructions We would definitely come back and stay again .

This house was perfect for us. It is updated, current and flows well. The screened porch is so nice. we enjoyed cooking on the deck and visiting on the porch listening to sounds of nature. The house is very well appointed for cooking as well. Thanks for sharing with us!!
