Blade Bay is an exceptional high end quality rental at an affordable price. It's the nicest rental at Pickwick for the money! The house is spotless and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every visit. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an office and the best internet in the area. They property is nestled in a wooded setting in the Lands of Pickwick which is the most private and best neighborhood in Counce. The house has a garage that can be used by our guests and a circular driveway that can accommodate up to 3 trucks and boats at one time. It's located on a dead end street so it's very peaceful an quiet but only minutes away from boat ramps, shopping, and restaurants. It's the best location for enjoying everything Pickwick has to offer. Only 5 minutes from the State Park, boat ramps, and 15 minutes from Shiloh National Battlefield. The house has an incredibly welcoming feel with tons of natural light. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from our wrap around deck or enjoy watching deer from our backyard. The house features top of the line Tempurpedic and Sealy mattresses with high end linens so you will have the best nights sleep of your lives! All bedrooms are located on the back of the house so the rooms stay dark in case you would like to sleep in. The primary bedroom and bathroom are downstairs while the upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an office with desk. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large closets that can be used during your stay. One of the bedrooms upstairs even has a private entrance. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living room. The couches are super comfortable! We have lots of DVD's, board games, and puzzles to enjoy with your family during your stay. The house has an incredible open kitchen with granite countertops. It features everything that you would need to enjoy your stay including a double convection oven for cooking for the family. We provide the basics - coffee, condiments, seasonings, etc... There is plenty of room to enjoy your meals with a dinning room table that seats 6 and a bar top that seats 4. The bathrooms are both full sized and have bathtubs with showers. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. The house also has a full sized laundry room with a full size washer and dryer - laundry detergent included. Your dogs will love the half acre fenced back yard while you enjoy the outdoor dining area, barrel grill, and firepit. Unlike most rentals in Counce, we provide a garbage pickup service so you don't have to take your trash to the dump after your stay. I can recommend a professional fishing guide if you are interested in fishing while at Pickwick. He knows where the big fish are located! This is the best rental at Pickwick!
