Large clean spacious house with pool and hot tub. Lots of parking. Landscaping around home needed, but property is large and beautiful. Also found some minor maintenance needed in home but we would all stay there again. Was perfect house for a girls trip. Highly recommend this property for large groups

Lots of space for family and friends. Pool was huge and we spent a lot of time in there. Be aware when booking, this is a pet friendly home.

Great rental for pets. Good layout for large families or groups, including spaces for privacy. Basement apartment was a great bonus for privacy. Weather was not great for pool, but the little ones enjoyed it. Lots of different outdoor spaces to utilize as well. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and beach.

Overall, this was a great place. Minor issue with the hot tub. We couldn’t use it for the first few days. Tons of space to spread out for our group of 12. Great location. Close walk to beach and downtown shopping. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Some things were run down or maybe just first rental of the season. Overall, we had a great time visiting the area and would recommend this rental (as long as you aren’t expecting top notch quality).

Prom weekend

We rented this property for my son senior prom. There was about 14 of us all together. It was a wonderful experience. The house was lovely. The yard does need some work and a couple things need to be updated but overall it was a 10 out of 10.

We booked through VRBO but didn't know until we checked in that it was with a third party which increased the fees we paid. The third party was Oceanfront Beach Rentals and they were excellent to work with. This property is fabulous for large groups. The pool is wonderful. However, the hot tub was heated but no jets worked. Apparently they haven't worked for sometime. The owners need to repair as you as a guest are paying for a working hot tub. The house was furnished well. However, the owner needs to inventory the kitchen and add where needed such as coffee mugs. Also, there was alot of parking which works well for large groups. We would definitely rent again as this house met our needs, clean and was in a great location. The back deck combined with the large private pool made our stay pleasurable. Even though not beach front, we choose staying by the pool over hanging at the beach!

Tybee estates

House was exactly as it was shown in Vrbo. Second bedroom on main floor needs new mattress. The family members staying in that bed said they rolled toward each other all night. Called management company because kitchen faucet was leaking underneath. They sent someone out that day and tightened it up. Would replace when we left. It met our 3 family needs perfectly. Enjoyed the pool everyday. Would definitely rent again.

2022 Family Vacay

The house was bid enough for my whole family which is hard to find. Our stay was enjoyable with a few minor complaints. The ice maker in the main kitchen fridge did not work and the second fridge in the kitchen did not work at all. The paint in the swimming pool was peeling away in many areas in the pool which made for a few uncomfortable steps if you were walking in the shallow end. Overall the experience was nice and our family had a good time. Just some updates needed to the home.

New Years Eve getaway 2024

Pros: Overall the stay was positive. Cons: The online description wasn't accurate as it stated 6 bedrooms with 6 king beds. The actual configuration was 5 bedrooms, two with king beds, two with double beds, and 1 with bunk beds. There was a converted sun room that contained two twin beds. I spoke with the property manager and they stated they would have the listing updated for accuracy. The ground level/basement bedroom is more of a studio apartment which wasn't an issue, but it had not been cleaned as well as the other parts of the home. Lastly, the house in general could use some repairs on interior doors, cabinets, etc. No major issues, but the house is a bit dated.
