Minutes to St. Luke's and Micron

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this guest was unhappy with her stay, especially since no concerns were ever raised with us during her entire month-long reservation. We recall this quest. She wanted to stay at one of our other condos and it was already booked by another service provider. She was having a difficult time finding a place that would allow her and her service pet to stay for just one month. We usually favor medical personnel that stay at least 3 months but she was an elderly person in need and decided to rent to her. We were going to do some cosmetic work on the condo but had to cancel and postpone the work because of this guest. We told her about a 2-foot section of worn carpet we had intended on repairing and our decision to postpone the repair because of her need for a place to stay for a month. We strive to be attentive and responsive to every guest’s needs, and had she expressed any dissatisfaction, we would have done everything possible to address it immediately, as we always do. It’s disappointing to receive such harsh criticism after her stay, especially when we offered her the unit at a discounted rate to accommodate her service-pet and ensure she had housing when options were very limited or not available. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience but feel it's important to provide context for others reading this review. We remain committed to offering clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodations—just as we have consistently done for all our guests. Everyone is different and so are their opinions. We respect hers and will continue to do better with each guest
