THE CABIN:
The Rustic Rooster is so named because of its unique Red Roof & cabin/farmhouse style! This Beautiful custom designed cabin boasts 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths. Each room with a personality its own.

Upon entering the cabin, you'll notice the high vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace. Looking up will reveal a spectacular antler chandelier and vertical windmill fan! The completely renovated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, farmhouse sink, granite countertops, and an elegant wood-top island with 3 barstools. Take a step into the spacious main-floor King bedroom featuring log furniture with access to the hot tub porch and laundry room. Stacked washer and dryer along with storage space/closet space in laundry room on main floor. Next, head upstairs to the beautifully updated Queen bedroom featuring large vanity, private bathroom, log bed, and private balcony with wooded view. Finally, enter the newly remodeled downstairs bedroom with gorgeous farmhouse accents, private remodeled bathroom with stand-up shower, and access to private balcony with wooded view.

Pets welcome - Our pet-fee is additional for up to two pets for the duration of the stay. Just make sure the pets are part of your reservation, if not the pet fee will be requested before or after your stay.

The entire cabin is yours! Romantic getaway or bring the whole family! Every room has a bathroom and balcony!

***Please be advised that we have EXTERNAL video monitoring in place at the property. There is a single camera that monitors the front door entrance. This is for both the safety of guests and the safety of the property. No regular footage of guests is recorded or maintained. NO INTERNAL cameras are present and YOUR PRIVACY is a top priority. If you have any questions about video monitoring, please let us know***

Other things to note
Please place your garbage in the bear proof containers by the parking space. Also, please save driving directions and door codes offline before going to cabin as cell service can be spotty in Sevierville. Wifi will be accessible from outside the front door with password.

Video recording Device / Security Camera located on front porch facing front walkway and door. No other active recording device is located in the cabin.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the cabin is not allowed. Please use the balconies. A $300 fee applies for smoking indoors.

Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $75 fee.

Early Checkin/Late Checkout: We may accommodate these request for a minimal fee of $50.00 (2 hours before checkin or after checkout) depending on our cleaner's availability.

Pets: If pets are added to your reservation, the nightly rate already includes the pet fee.

Pet Waste: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in a $75 fee per waste pickup, up to a maximum of $500.

Hot Tub Use: No food or pets are allowed in the hot tub.

Guest Limit: Maximum 8 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may lead to early termination of your stay and/or an additional $50 per person per night for extra guests beyond the limit.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

No Drugs: Illegal substances are not allowed on the property.

Quiet Hours: Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM in this quaint wooded community.

Fireworks and Open Burning: Both are prohibited year-round.

Toilets: Please use bathroom toilets for their intended purpose only.

Parking: Maximum of 3 spaces only.

You’re welcome to use the fold-out beds, but please return them to their original spot before check-out. Our cleaners can’t easily move them on their own — thanks so much for your help!
