This 11th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) offers amazing views of the ocean. Enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean from every room of the 1660 square feet condo which also boasts of the largest balcony in Royale Palms.

Our guests will enjoy many luxurious amenities, including:

*Complete access to the Hilton pools - including the ever popular and only sand pool in Myrtle Beach (pool towels provided by poolside)

*Access to the Owner's Private Pool

****UNLIKE SOME RENTALS AT KINGSTON, OUR RENTAL INCLUDES ACCESS TO THE HILTON POOL AND THE TROPICAL POOL COMPLEX at Royale Palms.**** If this benefit is important to you, we recommend you verify access to these pools with other VRBO listings. Please note, to have access to the Embassy Pools, you will need to book directly through Hilton.

If you have ever stayed at Royale Palms, you will agree that this is a premiere location. The Royale Palms is convenient to: shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Wal-Mart SuperCenter; theaters including The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage (a Dolly Parton company), and Le Grand Cirque to name a few; and restaurants-there are too many to name. If golf is what you're looking for, then look no further. The Grand Strand has ten area courses listed on the prestigious 'America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses' by 'Golf Digest' magazine.

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and 25 year age requirement.

Daily cleaning service is not available. The unit manager is available to assist you with any questions during your stay. Recommendations and suggestions are always welcomed.

Super happy with our recent stay at Royal Palms1104! Great location, clean and secured. Nancy was fortunately able to accommodate our early arrival which we were extremely grateful for after an overnight drive in. The unit was just as pictured with plenty of space and everything we needed! We really appreciated the beach chairs as we forgot to bring ours. Royal palms has always been my favorite and only place I stay in Myrtle Beach. We hope to visit 1104 again soon. Thank you Nancy.

We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect. The view from the condo was fantastic. The rooms all had comfortable beds and everything was clean. We will definitely be back!

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. Which is why we chose to stay here 2 years in a row. But also, because Nancy has helped make the renting experience a wonderful one! And I would absolutely rent from her again in the future as long as all plans align.

Great place to stay!!

After my previous VRBO was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I found this amazing place. Nancy was amazing and was very responsive. We booked for a week, the condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, had everything we needed. You can even see the ocean from the patio.. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo right on the beach! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were big, and we had plenty of room to socialize with our friends. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfy, and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious and clean. Great towels and comfy large beds. We enjoyed the king size bed. It’s a quality mattress that is on the softer side. Excellent blackout curtains in the bedrooms and large bathrooms. There are some helpful beach items in the closet and large TVs if you have a rainy day. We enjoyed the large balcony every day as well, and eating breakfast out there was a wonderful start to the day. Pools were pretty crowded and not as large as I anticipated they would be, so we didn’t play there as much. The beach area was very nice and well kept all around the resort. We would stay here again and I’d feel comfortable renting anything from this host.

Nice,clean,and conveniently located.

The unit was very comfortable, clean and all we needed. Loved all the updates that had been done to the condo. Communication with Nancy was wonderful!. She responded quickly to my questions and was very helpful. The location is very convenient and I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable Stay

The unit was absolutely comfortable, clean and everything we had expected it to be as shown in the photos. Communication with Nancy was amazing. And thank you again, Nancy! I feel like I can’t thank you enough for everything. And I mean EVERY thing. Though our time was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, we appreciate everything you’ve done and we’re definitely planning to rent again next year! We already can’t wait to return!

Relaxing stay

1104 is very nice and clean place to stay. The only thing that could be improved is the King bed was to soft for our liking. When checking in only two of the three elevators were working so we had a long wait to get to the room. Location of Royal Palms is excellent, close to shopping and dinning.

Amazing Property, Can't Wait to Come Back

We loved the property, the condo was perfect, clean and well laid out. I loved the furniture and the ability to put our feet up inside and outside. The shower was amazing and the pools were beautiful. The towels were great and there was plenty of them that we didn't have to keep rewashing or even need to use our own that we brought just in case. The kids room was cozy and our teenagers liked having their own bathroom. the balcony is perfect and you can lay out and watch the ocean waves from the balcony. The beach is a short walk and not bad at all. No issues with door locks/keys/etc. all was just as described and it was easy to get the keys and also to check out. The only downside to the property is the parking and elevator, be prepared to spend extra time getting all of your stuff in the condos and back out to the car on check out. They were down to one elevator working by our last day there and the lines were long frequently throughout our 5 day stay when two were running (one was down and the service elevator was hit or miss being able to use) - that said we would stay here again and can't wait to come back.
