Private special event beach retreat beautifully designed and decorated for entertaining the whole family, extended family, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, or reunions with old friends. This Panama City Beach fenced private house is almost a quarter of an acre and is within half a block of two beach accesses and only 7 miles from Rosemary/Inlet, “30A” Beaches. This property is unique because it spans a two-block enclosed radius, including a five-bedroom main house on one block and a one-bedroom carriage house with a kitchen, bedroom, and living room on the other block directly behind the Main House. There is plenty of off-street driveway parking at both locations.

The private, fenced, large backyard will be the hub for reminiscing with loved ones and soaking up some sunshine in your saltwater pool with a gas grill and numerous lounge chairs. For more formal meals, the chef of the group or your caterer can take advantage of the gourmet kitchen. The rest of the gang kicks back on the featured plush half-circle leather reclining sectional and streams a favorite movie or sporting event on the 85" TV or socializes by the pool. Additionally, everyone will have their own place to get a bit of privacy, with five bedrooms spread throughout the main home, including one primary bedroom on the ground floor and an additional private bedroom in the carriage house. Each bedroom has a TV with professionally cleaned fresh bedding. The two featured primary bedrooms include huge walk-in stone showers.

Sitting just half a block from the sugar-white sand and emerald, blue waters of the Gulf of America, you will have no trouble spending long days by the water. If you want to get a taste of this vibrant city, make your way to Pier Park (three miles) and make the most of the area's plethora of restaurants and shopping options not only there, but along 30A corridor. While in town, check out Gulf World, Emerald Coast Water Tours for a Dolphin tour, Russel-Fields Pier, or Hidden Lagoon Super Race-Track and Golf for fun the whole family can enjoy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one surveillance camera mounted to the garage overlooking the pool area. It is not monitored.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
