Come enjoy the sun, white sands and the beautiful crystal clear waters of this Laguna Beach Getaway. This spacious and unbelievably cozy, single level, newly updated home has all the comforts you desire. Walk, bike or drive to many convenient beach access points without the crowds. This location offers an undeveloped shoreline away from the large crowds. Thomas' Donuts and the Carousel Grocery are just a short walk or bike ride away.
This lovely property features 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a cozy bunk bed (Full over Queen). There are 2 stunning bathrooms featuring spacious walk-in showers. The sun room offers plenty of sitting areas to relax and reflect on the days adventures. Sunroom also offers a day bed for additional sleeping space or just relaxing in the morning sun. The additional family room provides blackout shades for evening movies. Plenty of gated and driveway parking is available for additional guests Car Hauler/ Boat /RV... This home is located 2 blocks from the beach and adjoins the bike path system that will take you East to Pier Park or West towards Rosemary Beach.

We found the perfect place to hopefully come back to!! We give it a five stars plus! It had everything we needed and more so don’t over pack with chairs, towels, ect. The golf cart, bicycles, and a fenced in back yard for our dogs were a plus!We loved the layout of the house which was perfect for two families. It was only two-three short blocks to Thomas Donuts and the beach, then another short block to Carousel Supermarket. Such a nice neighborhood to stroll in. Our two cocker spaniels loved the stay also.

The house was very clean and walkable to the beach, the small grocery store and Thomas donut. I loved how the house was laid out with one bedroom and bath on the opposite side of the house. Very comfortable furnishings.

The house is in perfect location! It was super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the bikes and golf cart around town! It’s close to Panama city Pier and beautiful Alys Beach! Close to grocery store, donut shop and beach. The house is equipped with clean lines, towels, beach chairs beach towels even some cooking supplies. The kids loved the board games as well! The host is super responsive and accommodating. Even our furry baby enjoyed the fenced in yard and the doggie water bowls and a nice touch! We loved the grill ans enjoyed the yard. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Stay, Everything We Needed and More!We had such a fantastic time at this home! It was super clean and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were amazing. The hosts thought of everything—games, extra beach towels, beach chairs, and even a golf cart, which made getting around so fun and easy. The kitchen had all the essentials, including spices, storage containers, pots, and pans. The host was also very responsive anytime I had a question, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Great House for our Family Vacation

We recently stayed here for our family vacation to Panama City Beach. There was a total of 8 adults. The house was amazing. We loved the location, very roomy & clean & had plenty of space for our entire family. The golf cart was a huge bonus. The house is walking distance to the beach, Thomas Donuts & Carousel grocery store is around the corner. Pier Park was easy to get to. Overall a very nice property. We’ve stayed at several properties over the years and this one was our favorite! Hosts were great at communicating & made process smooth. Definitely staying here again & highly recommend!

Nice house, everything we needed

We are a family of five. The accommodations were excellent. Comfy with nice furniture. Beds were great. Bikes and golf cart! Only 2 turns to Thomas’s donuts and the beach. Great kitchen and everything we needed! Very clean

Wonderful Stay

The house was very clean and just as described in the listing. Perfect yard for our miniature schnauzers. Love the sunroom and the layout of the house. Communication with the property manager was great. Amenities were perfect. We loved the location and the fenced in yard. Perfect little spot if you have small fur babies. Short little walk to the beach.

Excellent property

We loved everything about this rental! Quiet neighborhood, close to popular attractions, plenty of space and parking and every amenity we could possibly need. The Warrens were excellent hosts and super helpful when we decided to extended our stay. We will definitely stay again!
