Tennis enthusiasts will find challenging matches on nearby Pelican Bay Community Park’s well-kept lighted public clay courts. Golfer will find a vast choice of public courses nearby.

Palm River Estates/North Naples is one of the top places to live in Naples. The beach, the Ritz Carlton, the weekly farmers market, the Naples Philharmonic, Mercato, Waterside Shops and plentiful Golf Courses are all right around the corner of this stylish residence.

Yulia our host was responsive. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had an issue with the hot water heater. Yulia and a plumber were there the same day. We would stay there again.

Winter getaway

Property had everything we needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, etc. Pool and outdoor area was nice and relaxing. We had a great time.

Great Experience

I love this area. Its so convenient to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Yulia is a great host. I had a couple of questions and she promptly got back to me. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable stay, beautiful home well stocked with necessities , and of course the amazing pool and lanai! I have 2 little dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in the friendly and quiet neighborhood. I plan on renting from Yulia again.

It feels like home!

We love staying here - so much so that we're looking forward to returning next year! Our favorite spot is hanging out on the lanai! We enjoyed reading or dining in the shade and then spending time in the sun, while in the beautiful pool! When we had questions, the owner took such good care of us, quickly responding to any of our needs. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

GREAT STAY

Yulia was awesome to work with, I rented this house for my parents they hadn't been to Florida in YEARS- and they just loved the area and the house, they enjoyed the pool! They said they will be back to stay here!

Amazing property

Fantastic

We loved the house . Very clean and with everything we needed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to Wiggens pass beach and Seed to table. Yulia is a wonderful host very easy to communicate with . Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay here again soon.

Very nice, as usually

I believe this was our 3rd time vacationing at this property and the first under new ownership. I think they added a mattress topper and maybe even a new mattress in the master - very comfy. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice, with nice perks. We will definately look to stay again in the future.

Wonderful family home

We had a great week at Yulia's house in Naples and booked it again for the following year. Fully equipped and everything was clean and working. The house had a great layout, pool, and very much enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was excellent, she answered all of our questions promptly and was very much reachable. Highly recommended.

Great spot in North Naples for a wonderful vacation

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this house for six weeks in the winter. The house is clean, well furnished, has a wonderful pool and fenced back yard and is private and lovely. The owners are very helpful if any issues come up but, generally, there is very little to fix or deal with. It is just a great place for friends and family of all ages...and our dog loved it too. Highly recommend. It's an easy drive to the beach too and also to shopping and restaurants.

Relaxing

We had such a wonderful time as always at this property. It is so relaxing to sit by the pool with the smell of gardenia in air. The house has everything we would possibly need and more. Got to utilize the bikes this trip and loved our morning rides. The host is very welcoming and responsive. It always feels like coming home when we stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice property

Overall , this property was as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Yulia was very responsive. The queen bed in the spare room was hard as a rock. We were there during a cold spell so the pool heater price per day and how long it took to heat the pool was a little frustrating. I’ve stayed at nicer places in Naples for the same price with better location and amenities.

Very Nice House and Experience

We had a great time at this house. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable. The bedrooms were very nice. There was plenty of room in the closets for hanging clothes. All appliances were up to date and worked well. They provided a lot of information in the book they provided at the home on how to work all of the different appliances, etc... Everything worked well. We would stay again.
