Quiet getaway

This is duch a cute townhouse in a super quiet neughborhood. It was exactly as the pictures looked. Communication with the owneer was excellent and shes very quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure.

Great winter escape

Quiet property. Always a chair available at the pool. Accommodations were great for husband and I and a son who visited.walk/bike/run path to everything was easily accessible.

Another Awesome Stay - Top Notch Hostess

Katrina is a great hostess, who keeps her property comfortably clean and is one of the few VRBO owners we’ve encountered who keeps her kitchen very stocked with snacks, coffee etc. for her guests. This townhome in a great quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and close proximity to best Scottsdale locations. Second stay and will definitely book again when visiting family. Thanks Katrina.

Fantastic Getaway

Enjoyable week with some fantastic weather. Great place for a little break. Katrina was great to get back to me - and very accommodating. Provided a booster seat for our granddaughter upon arrival. Thank you.

Nice home away from home for our vacation!

We had a great stay at this property! The place was well stocked with essentials like shampoo, hand soap, and even a few snacks, which was a nice surprise. We didn’t know these would be provided, so we ended up stopping at the grocery store on our way. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well during our stay.One thing to note is that the living room seating is a bit limited. There was just one recliner and a small couch, which worked for the three of us, but my husband and son are both big guys, so it felt a little tight.The showers were great, though they did take a little time to warm up. No complaints once they were up to temperature! The pool area was fantastic, quiet, and peaceful with hardly anyone using it the entire time we were there.The location is nice, but there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, which could be a consideration for some. However, we found plenty of great options with just a short drive. A bonus for us was that my son loves disc golf, and we found five great courses all within a 20-minute drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

2 Bedroom Updated Condo in Scottsdale

I highly recommend this subdivision and it’s location. This condo has been updated and it is beautiful. You can hear the pond while relaxing on the balcony or in the backyard. The kitchen and condo is well stocked so don’t buy anything until after you arrive. My son doesn’t like off brands so had pre-ordered Bounty and Northern, but it wasn’t necessary as condo stocked with quality Kirkland products. Note that both bedrooms are upstairs. We woke up freezing the first night, apparently the Nest thermostats are preprogrammed to reset every few hours. My husband ended up chilled and a day later, really sick. My son would reset the thermostats every few hours to 70 (heat) so we could stay warm. The Nests were preprogrammed to heat at 66/air at 76. We all ended up sick. All three of us hated the foam mattresses. Maybe these foam mattresses are the current trend, but I was surprised that it was two slabs of raw foam stacked on top of each other, covered by a mattress protector. Both beds were uncomfortable, sinking in 4-5 inches, hot, etc. Nothing like a Tempur-Pedic, or traditional coil springs / foam combination mattress, that we were used to.

Perfect Scottsdale Get Away

We could not have been happier staying at this property. First of all, the host/manager is a pure delight. She was very proactive in communicating with us, she was extremely generous with all consumables in the home (we only drank a bottle of wine or almost all of it), the location is quiet, comfortable and well stocked. Our son lives in Scottsdale and we would surely rent this home again. It was a great location right of the 101 & Shea Blvd. so easy access to getting around PHX. Katrina, the manager/owner, is a gem and thank you for a wonderful stay back in our old town of 27 years.

Wonderful Condo in a Great Gated Community

This was a nicely remodeled updated condo in a very nice gated neighborhood. Owner spared no expense in stocking fridge and kitchen. Our family enjoyed the great pool and close proximity to our son’s office. Would return, Thanks Katrina for a great stay!

Great place to STAY!!

My husband and I had such an awesome stay from the communication we had to pulling into our own garage to walking in to see how beautiful the home was. We especially loved the upstairs patio for our morning coffee. So cozy! From the moment we arrived everything was above and beyond what we expected! We will definitely be returning!!
