I have lived in Old Town since 1999.
I have watched the city grow, but yet the integrity of Old Town remains the same. The best part of hosting is sharing information about this great neighborhood and all it has to offer. I love giving recommendations and then hearing back how much fun my guests had, or how great the food was at a restaurant. The community has so much to offer. It has resort amenities, and is suitable for all ages. There truly is something for everyone. Whether it’s golf, fishing, hiking, walking, sports or shopping it’s all with in walking distance. There are so many Great restaurants. The Entertainment District and spring Training venue is only 3-6 blocks away.

Old Town has it all. Anything you want to do is with in walking distance from the house. There are two grocery stores less than a block away. Tons of shopping and the heart of old town is only a short walk from the house to see and experience the true charm of the city. Whether your into Native American History, or beautiful turquoise jewelry, old town has it all. If you live high fashion Scottsdale Fashion square is incredible. Tiffany’s store, Hermes, Gucci, Nordstrom’s all the greatest designers have a store in the mall. If you are visiting for a celebration there is an entire entertainment district with dance clubs, bars and restaurants.
The Villa San Marcos community offers spacious townhouses with plenty of space. The community offers the following amenities a sparkling pool (heated in the winter months ) and hot tub as well as a beautiful clubhouse. Clubhouse features a full kitchen, plenty of comfy space to relax. A pool table, 80 inch TV, ping pong table, and a sauna. Bathrooms in the clubhouse are equipped with showers as well. Resort amenities and a spacious home in a quiet and meticulously maintained community.

My house is the perfect home away from home, a place where you can relax and put your feet up. It’s functional and has everything you would want or need. Seating for 8 at both indoor and outdoor tables. 3 comfy pillow top beds. Sun loungers, and 2 bikes. There is BBQ grill outside. Big sofa with 60 inch smart TV. Electric scooter also available to rent. Ask for more details!
