No expense has been spared in this remodeled ground floor condo! The easy to access, beautifully decorated 850 sf condo has all the comforts of home, including cable, 2 smart TVs, Wifi, King bed, outdoor grill access, private washer and dryer, and right on Stonecreek Golf course with hiking/biking greenbelts.
The gated grounds are green and gorgeous- a desert oasis! You will feel like you’re at a luxurious resort with 5 heated pools with stunning waterfall features and 5 spas.

The space
So convenient, there is a pool and hot tub literally just outside of your back door! Or wander to any of the 5 pools and hot tubs, or walk Stonecreek Golf Course.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and another smart TV.

Fabulous golf course location with several restaurants in walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s each a short drive away. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Also close to The Barrett Jackson Auction, The Phoenix Open, Top Golf, the Phoenix Mountains Preserve, the Musical Instrument Museum, and Talking Stick Casino.

The grounds are green and gorgeous- a desert oasis! You will feel like you’re at a luxurious resort with 5 heated pools with stunning waterfall features, spas, billiards and poker rooms, community library and entertainment space, fitness center and beautiful landscaping and lastly, assigned covered parking. No Smoking and no pets.

Close to the Mayo Clinic

We needed a place to stay while my wife was in treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The Condo was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and central to all the things we were interested in. The property manager answered any questions in under a minute. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future.

Condo was nice, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Many Restaurants close, plus many more a short drive. We wanted to play pickleball and new public courts were just opened at the park on Cactus by 51 which about a mile.

Great complex for extended stays

We stayed at SnAZzy for 3 weeks. The Condo was set up very nicely for a long stay. plenty of bedding, pots pans and dishes. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. The one suggestion I would have to make this a better property is new pillows for the king bed. The mix and match assortment needs upgrading as everything else is top quality. The pools, hot tubs and walking paths are a nice plus. I only got to use them a couple times as the weather was cool, but the pools were all very warm so nice if you could stay in the water. The property is safe and secure and the grounds well maintained and the condo very quiet. The property manager got us in early without requesting it and was available quickly to answer any questions. I would recommend the condo it's a great price,close to many restaurants and popular stores with easy access to all the major highways around Phoenix.

SnAZzy, Indeed!

This condo was all that was promised and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, or easier access to all the Valley and the property have to offer. It’s walkable, accessible to the 51 and 101 or Valley Metro buses, and a straight shot down N. Tatum to Sky Harbor —perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and sampling the Valley’s eclectic restaurants. In 15 min, you can get to Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Cave Creek, sports arenas, or be on your way to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. I lived in Phx for 15 yrs; was back to downsize a storage space, work, and see friends. I was on my feet and on the move all day every day. The shower was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I barely moved a muscle all night and woke up refreshed, rare for a light sleeper. Loved being able to have morning coffee on the patio, or sit at the kitchen banquette to organize the day. Décor was contemporary, but comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with most everything needed to cook at home. Particularly appreciated the ease of check-in/-out and that, after a late check-in, coffee and tea were both stocked for that first morning. Covered parking space was near the condo; I felt safe and at ease coming in at night. Thank you for being responsive and accommodating, Arlene! Look forward to coming back—and will be recommending it to friends! —Claire

Peaceful and convenient

We were I need of a convenient property close to the Mayo Clinic. It was close and close to affordable shopping and restaurants. The pool was very peaceful to relax after returning from caretaking duties at the hospital

The place is great!! Exactly has described! Amazing location close to everything. The place is easy to find, its quiet, the pools are great and the condo has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.
