Villa Scottsdale es un elegante apartamento en el primer piso sin escaleras. Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio viene totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para su estancia. La unidad de la esquina se encuentra a pasos de la casa club y la piscina principal, con estacionamiento cubierto asignado en un área cerrada. Plan de piso abierto, con habitaciones divididas de la vida privada. Cada habitación tiene un walk-in closet y su propio cuarto de baño con bañera de tamaño más. Un dormitorio cuenta con una cama King, y el otro una cama Queen. La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con una estufa de gas, encimeras de granito y todos los pequeños electrodomésticos y utensilios que necesite; ¡y algo más! Lavadero con lavadora y secadora se encuentra justo al lado de la cocina. Sofá cama en la sala de estar va a dormir un adicional de 2 personas si es necesario. El residencial cuenta con una casa club bellamente remodelado y 2 piscinas climatizadas y spas; además de un gimnasio completo! Situado al sur de la 101, con una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado, golf, películas, etc. cerca.

A pocos otros servicios incluidos son: un televisor en la sala de estar, así como cada habitación, reproductor de DVD, TV por cable, WIFI, plancha y tabla de planchar, así como ropa de cama y toallas. Reasonably priced rental convenient to Mayo Clinic

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice 2 BR 2 BA apt with cable and internet. Property management company was very helpful in maintaining the property. A/C broke down three months into rental, but was fixed within 1 day. Needed bug spray twice since it is a ground level unit. Everything works well and maintenance manager was excellent in responding to our needs. Apt in a complex of mostly working folks, so lots of coming and going early in the morning and late at night. Unit is end unit at entrance to complex on a main road. Traffic noise in guest bedroom at all hours. Pool area and hot tub is very nice and not crowded off-season. Fitness center has great equipment, Cybex machines, eliptical machines and treadmills plus some free weights. Parking is secure and covered. Occasional disturbance from upstairs neighbors after midnight on weekends, and when kids visiting. Management company was very helpful in extending our lease to accommodate my wife's treatment schedule at Mayo. Over-all, it was a very good temporary residence for 6 month stay. Good shopping everywhere, golf nearby in every direction, great restaurants, movie complex 5 minutes away, Musical Instrument Museum 3 miles west on Mayo Blvd., easy access to Scottsdale Rd and 101, inexpensive gas stations on Tatum Blvd 3 miles west off Mayo Blvd. Only about 35 minutes to PHX airport and downtown PHX.

A Beautiful Rental Property

Nicely decorated but very poorly equipped ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit location is an issue. The community is gated but the entrance to this unit is outside the gated area. The nearest BBQ grill is 100 yards distant requiring passage through the community center building and two gates, both with electronic security,and walking around the swimming pool. This unit and the entire complex has no outside area except parking lot. The unit was clean other than filthy carpet, but there were no cleaning supplies. None. Our rental manager, Wes, had to go obtain basic cleaning supplies and we had to shop for more on our own.The kitchen was the most poorly equipped of any location we have rented over the years with sparse and aged cooking supplies. Beaten up pans and not so much as a shaker of salt was in the unit. Even the can opener was broken.If you cook often be prepared to pretend you are camping. If you eat all your meals out, then it's not a problem but long term renters will cook often. We were there for 2 months. There were also no utility items, tools, etc provided for minor repairs, etc.The beds rated a C at best, the bathrooms were ok. The towels, though abundant, were K Mart grade.The neighborhood is very densely populated with thousands of condos but there are many shopping and dining destinations nearby. Our Latitude 8 service person Wes was outstanding and was very responsive to our needs and was with us from check-in to departure. When the air conditioning broke he handled the repair quickly and effectively. This complex is generally well maintained however I would not recommend this particular unit.

10 Week Stay

This exceeded any and all expectations for myself and my roommate! We were so happy that we booked this stay, it was a great deal. We had access to so many amazing amenities. I expected to spend a fortune on a gym membership and furnishings for a place this summer, but I got full gym access and a fully furnished suite included here! Not to mention parking, the pool, a private bathroom, and my own TV. Wes was so so great, thanks!

Clean Condo

The condo and the property were very clean and the property manager was very easy to work with. The only complaint we all have, is that the towels and bedding were old and worn. We will definite stay there again !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the unit to be dirty when we arrived. Had to request an additional cleaning which helped a little. Carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly or replaced. Furniture is broken down and needs to be replaced. We replaced a shower curtain because it was so filthy. Bathroom towels were mostly old and stained. The closet in the second bedroom had an exposed and ugly hot water heater and, believe it or not, road signs. The kitchen sink was filthy and severely chipped. Needs to be replaced. One of the fobs that opens the gate to the parking area did not work and the owner would not replace it. Made it very difficult to park when you cannot access the parking area. Had to wait for others to open the gate. I would not recommend this unit. The value for the money was not there.

Terrific for Price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for just over 2 months to receive medical care. It was a great place to stay for the time I was there. Downsides: no patio or balcony on my unit, my unit was also not inside the gates as the others were, bugs and scorpions showed themselves often throughout my stay, one bathtub has a large crack that needed attention while I was there, clubhouse, fitness center were closed due to COVID and upstairs neighbors were quite loud 70% of the time. That said, it was a nice and convenient condo for uber rides, great area, and Wes the manager took care of anything I needed (fixed the dishwasher). He even came over to spray and remove scorpions from the place! The bathtubs are extra large, there are tv's in both bedrooms and a smart TV in the livingroom along with puzzles!! There is a tea kettle but it is rusted on the inside. The knife set needed sharpening. There were lots of dishes, tupperware, new pans, and a regular coffee pot which was great. I only had enough of some items (tp, aluminum foil) for the first few weeks of my stay but everything else was stocked (laundry soap, dawn, kitchen trash bags) there are even soft-sided coolers, reusable grocery bags,skewers, a blender, a toaster, etc.

Poor first impression

Wes was pleasant to work with. We had issues getting the key to work to get into the property. The carpets in the bedrooms were filthy. This was reported immediately on Saturday, but it was Tuesday before they got them cleaned. We moved out of our property and stayed elsewhere the remainder of the vacation. Once the carpets were shampooed, they looked great - but we were moved out by then - why not before we got there?

Convenient to Mayo Clinic

Very nice property, two bedroom condo with nice amenities, pool, hot tub, exercise room, secure parking. 5 minutes to Mayo clinic, two miles to the 101 loop, everything you need within 10 minute driving time. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. in unit washer and drier is a plus, tv's in both bedrooms and living room. nice private community center with pool, hot tub, and gym. Our stay was a full month and we brought our own pots and pans and kitchen knives as the supplied pots and pans and knives are tired. Perhaps the owner will replace those items.

The Villa was in an awesome location and very clean and maintained. Wes, our contact person, did a great job of getting checking us into the Villa and covering the details. I liked the fact that he came to meet us at the property, rather than us having to drive to an office elsewhere to sign in and cover information. Ammenities were excellent. Best experience we've had since we have been coming to Scottsdale.

Family Get Away!

My husband, daughter, son in law and grandson stayed 5 nights here. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom's worked out great for the 5 of us. Very good location. Friendly and quiet place. Just the right size. Great pool area and fitness center. The condo was well equipped. More so then others that we stayed at. It even had a bottle of sunscreen and soft sided coolers and ice packs!!! We loved having the 3 tv's. Wes was easy to work with. Had trouble with the water heater one day. My husband just restarted it. No problem. I would have given it a five stars, but I missed not having a patio or a balcony. There is plenty of lounging places at the pool and club house though. There was a shortage of washcloths but that was minor since there was a washer/dryer in unit along with soap and fabric softener. The bedroom carpet's are due for a professional cleaning which I'm sure is hard to get done now during the busy season. The condo was other-wise very clean!!! Not having stairs to deal with is a major plus also. I would recommend this place.
