The moment you enter this 12th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The kitchen includes both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. Both of the guest bedrooms feature beautiful views of the Halifax River. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom also has a queen bed.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
