Aruba 302 - Brand new in 2021 - 4 BR Direct Oceanfront Condo - Large Balcony

Pool, hot tub , beach ramp and all facilities are open. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021.

You will fall in love with the views and the size of this 3rd floor condo. A rare 4 bedroom condo with 1808 sq ft of space . The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room.

The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig. The kitchen has a bar counter and you can look out into the great room which features a 70" flat screen smart TV.

All bedrooms are a good size and there is a flat screen smart TV in each for your enjoyment. Bedrooms - Master/King, 2nd BR/Queen, 3rd BR/Queen, 4th BR - Full over Full bunk.

The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities.

Absolutely the best place to stay with my family. The four bedroom unit had just the space and layout we needed. Four bedrooms are difficult to find, I was very pleased with our unit and the building overall. April was great to work with and extremely accomodating.

Family Vacation

With our growing family we needed a 4 bedroom ocean front, which is a little hard to find. This property was exactly as advertised, it was in awesome shape, felt new. The location is ideal, with-in walking distance to the rebuilt Crabby Joes Pier,(Food is excellent). I would highly recommend this condo to a growing family such as ours that need the extra space.

Ocean front.

The condo was very nice, well equipped in the kitchen. Large tv in the living room. Tv in each bedroom. Plenty of beach toys. Beautiful ocean view. My only negative is the living room couch. Even though there were plenty of pillows on it, it didn’t help make it comfortable. It needs to be replaced.

Dream Getaway On Daytona Beach

Our stay at this oceanfront condo was nothing short of amazing! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking sunrises, all from the comfort of our private balcony. The view and proximity to the beach truly made this a dream vacation spot.The condo exceeded our expectations—it was just as described and even better in person. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish.This was the ideal escape for our family, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the ocean!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The grounds and pool/spa area is very nice. Underground parking is a very nice benefit. The building is secure and a manager is onsite in the office during business hours. Communication with the host was excellent and there were no concerns during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Daytona Shores.

We went the week of Thanksgiving. It's a great unit, right on the beach, the pictures and listing are accurate, which was a must for our varied family group of eight. It's a nice building and everyone was lovely. We had a wonderful time.

Great stay 4th of July Week

We booked this wonderful condo after having a last-minute cancellation from a different VRBO property. We are so glad this property was available! First off, the pictures are spot on. The location is oceanfront. Easy to walk to the beach with elevators inside and ramps outside...makes rolling a beach cart easy. The communications with Melissa were timely and thorough. She even took the time to send us photos of items in the beach locker so that we would know what was available as far as chairs, umbrellas, etc. Once there, check-in was prompt, additional beach towels were brought to accommodate our group, and efforts were made to ensure everything was working and clean. The management staff is great. We utilized all 4 bedrooms, which were well stocked with all linens, blankets and extra blankets if needed. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and even provided some shampoo/conditioner as well as a blow drier. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking including pots/pans/utensils/dishes and many appliances including blender, toaster, coffee maker (with some coffee), etc. There is even a small electric grill on the deck. The beach was lifeguarded, at least for 4th of July week. The pier is unfortunately closed due to damage from the last 2 hurricanes. Definitely rent electric bikes (nearby) for beach fun. Condo is convenient to a Publix grocery, surf shop, putt-putt, and many restaurants. They do allow driving on the beach in this area.

Exactly as pictured. Great correspondence with management when needed :) will come back. Only down fall that could not be helped is the pool is closed due to hurricane

Great unit

The unit was perfect for our stay with 6 adults. The condo was well equiped and the beach supplies in the locker were perfect for trips to the beach. Everything was in great shape, loctaion was close to everything we needed and the managment team was easy to reach with no crazy rules. The big balcony with the large couch was a great bonus for our large group.

Paradise on earth

The condo was amazing! We had an incredible view of the ocean and our favorite fishing pier and restaurant., Sun Glow Pier and Crabby Joes. The location was perfect for all ages, quiet, but fun for all! This was also very secured, which is a key factor when traveling with children. We highly recommend this facility and hopefully will return in the future.

Would stay again.

Check-in process is kind of messed up. Check-in is by appt only. Site says Check in is 3p-6p. The unit needs a good cleaning. Floors need mopped. Old food in furniture on balcony. Positive side is the kitchen has high end utensils and pots and pans. Extremely nice washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for Family

The condo has huge comfortable bedrooms with roomy bathrooms. It was a perfect fit for my family. My daughter & husband, My parents, my youngest daughter and me & my husband. The balcony has a lot of comfortable furniture but not a lot of room. Still was great. Nice kitchen with great cookware. Beach was great because you could just drive down and unload. Kaylee was a great help. Check in was a little different but worked great. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Lovely place

Great space and great location! Very well stocked kitchen and great amenities available. The storage cage for our beach stuff was a nice plus and was provided extra beach equipment. Would stay again!!

Great Location!!

Great Location! Close to everything. We checked in on a Saturday and the A/C was not working until Tuesday. Thank goodness it wasn't very hot out. The heater in the hot tub didn't work for our entire stay. Pool was nice though! the shower curtains could use replacing or laundered. Kaylee the property manager was great and very quick to respond.

Wonderful!

We had a great experience here. The view was amazing. Pictures were accurate. Property manager was always reachable. The only thing that was extremely bothersome is the parking. You are told you get 1 designated spot in the garage and 1 in the parking spot that is 1st come 1st serve. During our 7 night stay someone took our designated spot several times and parking anywhere else is extremely limited. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The property was the best I have stayed in. The beach was not as good as others. Cars were able to drive down the middle of beach with little room for people to hangout, and dangerous with kids.

Beautiful condo and amenities

Loved our stay in this comfortable and clean condo. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture both inside and out. Kitchen had everything you need including a large crockpot. Nice to have beach chairs and other beach items, including beach/pool towels. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Wonderful weather and very nice condo. Enjoyed out stay!

Everything was very good. There was only a couple of things that I might comment on as not being that good. The elevator being out of order for a few days and the condition of the pans in the kitchen. They didn't fit with the rest of the condo being so perfect.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
