10/10!! The best possible stay in PE

I can't emphasize enough how much the staff impacted our stay here. Hector, Siri, Nancy, Daniela, and Isabella were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were not only kind I could spend an hour writing how many times they went above and beyond. The food was hands down the best we have ever had! I'd really recommend the carnitas tacos, ceviche, chilaquiles, fish tacos, and any of their guacamole's.The pictures do not do the house justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well kept and cleaned daily. I will be returning sometime soon and won't even consider another home. Scott (host) was also very communicative and answered any and all questions prior to arrival. Hector was able to get us taxi service in a very timely manner.Can't emphasize enough how fantastic our experience was!

Dream vacation!

Our group of 13 had our dream vacation at Castillo Encantado! Hector, Siri, Nancy & Daniela were incredibly hospitable and took care of everything for us; from cooking (amazing Oaxacan cuisine), making and serving poolside margaritas, to making the place immaculately clean and a fun place to be.The rooms were all spacious and clean, bathrooms were kept very clean and open areas were kept clean and tidy. The whole property is very well maintained and everything was in working order.Can’t recommend this property highly enough but the real stars were Hector and his team of lovely ladies!

Excellent villa staff

The villa staff, Hector, Jose, Siri, Daniela and Nancy went way beyond their call of duty and provided an exceptional service. Hector is an outstanding chef working with the assistance of the three ladies who did all the cleaning as well as assisted in making the food. Jose is an excellent bartender. All of them did whatever was required at any point in time. The villa staff assisted us greatly when we experienced a power outage for more than 20 hours. They organised local trades to expedite the return of power. If I should rate the villa staff on a range of 1-10, I would give them 11! Our stay was made very enjoyable by the villa staff. I would hire them for our villa hotel in Bali in a heart beat if i could.

Fantastic week

We had a fantastic time at the villa and couldn’t be more impressed with Hector, Sadie, Nancy and Isabelle. The pool and beach were unbelievable and the cooking was next level. I would highly recommend, it was an unbelievable experience.

Amazing

From the house, to the staff, to the views and sounds of the ocean this is one impressive house. Three of the rooms did not have AC, but all were open air rooms that allowed you to fall asleep and awaken to a magnificent view of the ocean. The other rooms were big, beds were comfy, and had AC. The staff catered to our every need and went above and beyond to make our stay everything we wanted. The tours offered by the house were definitely a highlight! They are actually a deal compared to other offers, considering they included round trip travel from the house. Hector, the chef, is in my opinion one of the top chefs in Mexico. He can make anything and it all tastes out of this world. Don't be afraid to let him know ahead of time if there are any food accommodations and he will blow your mind! The only thing that I felt we could have planned better for was transportation. Definitely, we will be getting a car next time we stay here because it was about 400-800 pesos per one way ride into town, about 20 mins, which adds up quickly. I think we spent more in taxis than food. . .

Wonderful place for a group!

Everyone loved our stay. It was a family reunion with 11 people, and there is plenty of space. More importantly, the staff took wonderful care of us, and served us excellent meals. The property is gorgeous! The bedrooms were huge and air-conditioned. Therewere also bedrooms that were open to the breezes and which several of our guests really enjoyed. We spend most of our time lounging around the pool and the patio. The only downside of this place is that the beach is not safe for swimming, but that is not a big drawback. There are other places to swim in the ocean.
