We thought of everything!

You will love the comfortable beds and couches with coziness everywhere and everything you need! 2 bedrooms - a king room, and queen over queen bunk room. There is also a queen pull out couch for added sleeping capacity. Enjoy some peace and quiet with your favorite hot cup or glass of something on the spacious front deck or relax in the hot tub on the back deck

The outdoor space has been upgraded as of spring 2024 with a much improved fire pit with swing chairs and bench seating. Outdoor games, string lights, charcoal grill, and kids playset for some awesome outdoor time.

We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that our cabin can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay!

We also love to travel so we have tried to make the cabin a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered.

The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom King Bed, flat screen TV with Roku for streaming, a closet with pack and play for a baby, and connected full bathroom with single vanity.

Bedroom 2 - Queen over queen bunk room with 50` Roku TV and arcade games.

Living room - Queen pull out sleeper sofa

No pets and no smoking permitted.

The dining area has a table with chairs that will seat 6.

Washer and dryer by the back door.

The living room has a 65` flat screen Roku TV.

You get the entire cabin to yourself! You will have a code sent to you before check in for the door.

This cabin is in a great location only 3.7 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, TN. It features paved roads all the way and plenty of parking. It is not located in a cabin community. You have a fantastic private deck in a beautiful and peaceful little mountain nook.

The entrance road is a little narrow but paved - like many mountain roads in the area. The driveway is moderately steep but unless it is completely iced over, it will be no problem for any vehicle. 4x4 is recommended in snowy weather.

Internet/Cable:

The internet is fast... Xfinity claims up to 400 mbps so plenty of bandwidth to stream Netflix on everyone`s devices.. :)

There is no cable service in the cabin.

Accessibility:

The stairs up to the porch and front door are a little steep so if you or your travel companions are mobility limited, this may not be the best option for you.

The red tape:

- You must be 25 or older to book

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Don`t feed the bears if you see them!

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- Travel size soap and shampoo is provided as well as a few other starter supplies: 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, hand soap, a couple dishwasher pods, a couple washing machine pods, and a couple garbage bags

- Not included: condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside the property. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing.

Must be 25 or older to book and the person who books must be there to check in. No 3rd party bookings. i.e. no booking on behalf of a group of guests younger than 25.

If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25 per human per night.

- Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or Late check-out.

- Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest:

1. Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear proof receptacle.
2. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it.


Over Stating the obvious:
- Please do not run the electric fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time.

- The hot tub is all ready for you and should be set no lower than 100 or more than 104 degrees at all times

- We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay.

We require all guests to sign and return the rental agreement.

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted - Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 8 persons (including infants) are allowed in the cabin at any time.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 10:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this cabin.

4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.

8. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check Out is at 10am. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Remove the sheets from all beds and place sheets and towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms.

10.Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure

11. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacle, located near the driveway.

12. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] No food, drink, bubble bath, bath bombs are permitted in the hot tub. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

13. [Fireplace: The fireplace is an electric faux fire place with a heater option.
Do not leave on for more than 2 hours at a time.

14. Water and Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

15. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter.
