Cozy and close

This was a cozy little house very close to the downtown bath houses. The rooms were comfortable rooms and we appreciated the extras in the house like coffee and a coffee maker, sugar, soap, laundry facilities, etc.

This home was perfect for me and two of my golf buddies. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Get Er Done

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Accommodations are very comfortable and clean. Part of the backyard is fenced, so bringing your pet is not a problem. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when visiting Hot Springs!

Perfect spot

House was as advertised. Very clean, everything we needed, perfect location for ball tournaments, quiet neighborhood hood. Even had a little time to hang out in the backyard!

Great family room

Small kitchen but had what we needed - a great downstairs family area for games and lounging. Some neighbors a bit on rowdy side the nights we were there.

Perfect home base for Hot Springs vacation

The house is cute and comfortable for a group of 6 adults (3 couples). It’s an easy walk to Oaklawn or a short Uber to downtown Hot Springs, and we watched the total solar eclipse right from the backyard which was so special. We would recommend this vrbo to others visiting the area. Thanks Cindy!

We stayed for the weekend to attend the races. Our favorite part of the house is the living room. Other than some cosmetic improvements going on, and needed, it was a nice place. Front door with code access opens up into one bedroom, heads up. Loved having two bathrooms as many in the area only have one.

Very nice place to stay. Place was clean. Had comfortable beds and furniture. I loved the fenced in backyard perfect for kids or pets to play. Owners are nice.

Great For The Races

Prefect house in the prefect location! This was a great location for our group of 6 to walk to the horse track. Very clean, parking for 3 cars in the driveway, and the owners were great to work with.

Adorable Home Close to Downtown

We received a notice from the property owner that the house was ready earlier in the day, which we so appreciated! We arrived at the home which was clean and filled with lovely welcoming touches. Because the house is located on a street that is just a short distance from a very busy road, The sound machines in the bedrooms were wonderful! I set mine to the sound of the ocean waves, and slept like a baby. All of the beds were very soft, and the decorations were beautiful. We especially loved the fire pit in the backyard, and the soft glow of the string lights. There were so many fire flies which gently flew around and flashed in the backyard which added to the Summer ambiance. There were lovely dishes, coffee and tea bags for us to use and we took advantage! A relaxing, comfortable stay.

This property is so convenient to downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Resort and Casino. There are new top of the line queen mattresses in every room plus smart TV's and free WIFI throughout the property. There is a back yard with a BBQ pit, fire pit and a full kitchen for convenience. Small dogs are welcome too with a $50 pet fee.
