This beautifully decorated fourth floor Penthouse is in prime position within the community of Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, with spectacular views onto Bavaro Beach. The condo itself boasts a large comfortable layout which is suitable for large families or groups of friends. Lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with bonus maids room equipped with one twin bed, and its own shower/toilet but not a full bedroom. Three spacious bedrooms, and three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite) Upstairs in the mezzanine there is also a pull out sofa bed and a fifth bathroom. Rooftop can be enjoyed with loungers, seating and cold water jacuzzi. The downstairs balcony offers dining al fresco, BBQ, and seating area to enjoy the spectacular views and tradewinds. Condo is fully equipped. Has the best fiber optic internet in the area, suitable for those who need to work from home while still enjoying paradise. Playa Turquesa is true beachfront community with private beach access/area, lobby, beachbar, 2 swimming pools, and commercial area with plenty of bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Each building has an ADA Compliant Elevator.
Please note electric is not included. Full consumption to be paid at check-out in cash. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Lovely time Playa Turquesa

Liz as the contact representative was wonderful!! she gave as much detail & she answered questions right away. once you get connected on WhatsApp really quick response. Made arrangements for our taxi ride from the airport to the location and back. provided recommendation on excursion person though you could also find those kind of folks across the street from the building facility. Pool was a wonderful time — nice and clean. During this time of year(Aug), the beach had seaweed but you could walk down and enter another location. Kitchen has everything you need. Grocery store across street. Make sure to have cash handy to pay for electricity at the end of your stay which is not included. overall we had an awesome time really loved it!!! You must visit the Bruja restaurant awesome food!! Other restaurants are close by within walking distance. The room off the kitchen could use some darkening curtains. Beach towels were provided which is wonderful. The one thing it said in the description was a Jacuzzi tub but that has been removed, but it was OK again enjoy time in the pool.

Two families stayed at this property. This is a very central location with all amenities close by. We had no complaints at all, and there was enough space for the allowed number of guests. The property has really nice views from all three balconies. Liz is a fantastic and very helpful host, providing necessary information and responding on time.

Great location

Condo was just as described! Liz met us there and walked us through everything. She was incredibly helpful and gave us fantastic food recommendations. We stayed as a family of 7 and had plenty of room. Condo is well stocked. Felt very safe and secure. Plenty of chairs to sit in by the pool and beach. Many days the kids had the pool to themselves. Great location near airport, restaurants, and food options. Everyone was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. There is a restaurant right on the beach in front of the complex that was yummy and wonderful to have so close.

We all enjoyed our time on the deck and the view was spectacular and just a short walk to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family and no one felt crowded. The kitchen wax well supplied for cooking. The beds were comfortable as well. Highly recommend this VRBo. Liz was exceptionally informative and very pleasant to work with.

Playa Turquesa Vaccation

Mrs Liz very good,perfect host easy communications for anything. You need Taxi,food or restaurant just send messages to Liz she will answer in few seconds. Clean, nice location. 2 minutes to beaches, 5min.to restoran. Good security and excellent peoples. Price very nice.

Great option other than an “all inclusive”.

Property offers security, immaculate grounds and fantastic beach. Tons of restaurants and stores for all your needs right outside the doors. A way to experience some Dominican culture. A great option for those seeking a different experience in DR rather than an all inclusive. Wheelbarrows full of fresh fruits and veggies for sale offered daily right to your beach chair.

Great location

Easy access to pool and beach! Plenty of room for family of 5 adults. Liz was extremely accommodating to all our needs and went out of her way to help us around our flight schedule. Would stay there again!

Punta Cana 2024

This was our second time staying with our two families. We love Playa Turquesa and the beachfront is especially nice. Plenty of room for all of us in the unit and great location to walk to food and drinks nearby. Liz was great and always available for any needs or questions that we had-Thank You!

Anniversary Trip

It was an awesome and super easy experience. Liz was amazing. She met us at check in, was reachable by text for our many questions, and was extremely easy going during the entire stay! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to stay in and cook, or get ready to explore the area. Waking up to the amazing views from the balcony or the short walk to the beach was the perfect way to start the day! Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back and having Liz as our host!

Fantastic find

We spent a week at this amazingly well laid out condo. Liz, the property manager is fabulous! So responsive to all questions before, during and after our stay! We had two families with grown children and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own personal space (5 BR, 5 bath!) the views are fabulous and the location to walk to restaurants and shopping are great! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

The views, beach and pool access were spectacular! My husband, adult son along with my adult daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids were thrilled that each bedroom in our unit had its own full bathroom! Liz our manager was so incredibly responsive and helpful, we can't thank her enough. The only concern is that the AC was not very efficient thus resulting in a hefty surplus electric charge.

Great location! Condo a bit dated.

The location of this condo was amazing. Beautiful views of both the pool and the beach. We felt comfortable with even our younger kids riding the elevator up to the room to get a snack or use the bathroom and coming back down to the pool. Great proximity to several local restaurants. I would highly recommend Dalias (coffee, breakfast and lunch) and Citrus (dinner). Skip Don Pio— it’s just meh. Gelato at Dulce in t meh evening was also nice. The condo itself was sufficient. In person, it is considerably more worn/dated than the pictures would lead you to believe. The property was clean and overall it accommodated our group just fine; I simply wouldn’t describe it as “reallly nice”. Any of the lackluster feelings we had about the condo were made up for with Liz’s amazing communication. She goes above and beyond— she even helped me surprise my husband with a cake for his birthday. She is a true gem and the epitome of what a property manager should be.

Best place on the beach!

We are so happy we stayed at this condo complex vs a resort. We were able to pick where we wanted to eat with so many local restaurants within a 5 min walk. We did not have to have reservations, we ate a variety of foods and we ate when we felt like it. The food was great everywhere and so fresh. The beach was not busy so you were not fighting for chairs and the beach was big. I would definitely stay here again. Liz was AWESOME and very took care of anything we needed, which was not much. The water cooler in the condo was a HUGE bonus!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property.

My family and I stayed at Playa Turquesa and we felt safe the entire time. The location is nice and quiet. It is clean and beachfront. The host Liz is amazing. She was available and informative the entire time. She was proactive in finding solutions for unexpected hassles such when we had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms and when the hot water heater stopped working on our last days. She was friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

Awesome Time!!

This was my first visit to Punta Cana and my family & I had an Awesome time. Communication is so important to me and Elizabeth did that from the beginning. She introduced herself & answered every question I had. She arranged our taxi pickup and gave a detailed tour. She responded immediately to our concerns & fixed it without question. The home was great & the rooftop balcony was Beautiful with the best ocean breeze!! I definitely will book here again!!

Excellent Trip

Great property. Lots of room. Beach is a 100 yard away from the building we stayed in. Excellent security. Liz, the property was very good to work with. This was our first trip to Dominican Republic (Punta Cana) with our family of eight. Liz was a wealth information. She was available and responsive. We enjoyed the pool frequently. The whole property was very clean.
