This five bedroom five and one half bathroom 3266 square foot pet friendly lakefront home with dock and WiFi has undeniable panoramic views! As you enter the foyer of the home you can turn left to the ½ bathroom and the first master bedroom with a very large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower, jetted tub, and water closet. The master has a king bed, motorized window blinds, and beautiful lake views. If you go right from the foyer you enter into the open concept, great room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has vaulted whitewashed shiplap ceilings leather furniture and a large smart TV so be sure to bring your Netflix, etc passwords. There is the heating and air conditioning control on the wall for this level. The Kitchen has refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, propane stove, oven, warming drawer dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans for 14 people All the area has lake views with a large deck with 180 degree views of the lake. The deck has a sectional outdoor furniture, a large warming fire and a table set to enjoy those gorgeous lake days or nights. There is also a propane BBQ. Off of the living room there is the door to the garage that houses the washer and dryer. By the door is the steps that lead to the lower level. As the same as the upstairs every room has motorized window blinds. This level also has its own heating and air conditioner. To the left is another sitting area with smart tv and full bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. To The right is a room with and arcade game, pinball and full size bed bunkbeds and access to this level’s deck with lake views. Down the hall there is the second master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Yes access to the deck with lakeview as well. Down the hall on the left is another bedroom with twin bunk beds. If you continue down the hall there is another bathroom with shower. At the end of the hall is the last master bedroom with king bed with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and access to the deck for those lakeviews. Off of the sitting room area is the door to the outside to the fenced area where there is horseshoes and the stairway down to the private dock. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy wonderful Lake Nacimiento
