Lago frente a casa. Casa frente al lago de 5 habitaciones con muelle y rampa de lanzamiento privada para dos casas. La rampa de lanzamiento no se puede usar cuando el lago está por debajo del 30%, pero el muelle puede usarse hasta que el lago esté por debajo del 10%. Enorme cubierta espacio al aire libre con barbacoa, ping pong, mesa de bolas fooz. Gran espacio abierto interior con sofá cama. 12 plazas en cama, 2 baños con ducha, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de mármol, suelos de hormigón teñido, techos abovedados. 6 personas jacuzzi en cubierta. Kayak y paddle boards disponibles para el alquiler. La casa está frente al lago y también cerca de muchas bodegas. Great lakehouse with easy boat access

We had a great stay at this lakehouse! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were responsive and communicative throughout — no guesswork or stress, which we really appreciated. The paved boat ramp and launch made it simple to get our boat in and out, and the dock was solid and easy to access for swimming, tying up, or just relaxing by the water. Having paddleboards available was a fun bonus too. Would definitely stay here again!

Super sweet comfortable lake house

A group of 10 friends and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s extremely comfortable and family, friendly and very well stocked with supplies and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a private dock out front that has great lake access. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Family Fun Lake Getaway

Great family getaway right next to the lake with private boat launch and dock. Host were great and check in was easy. The house was real nice with a breathe taking scenery from the outside patio over seening the lake. House had everything we needed for cooking,grilling, 2 refrigerator including a commercial ice maker that came in very handy for our stay/fishing trip. Very spacious and away from other residents. Looking to come back next year for another family trip. Thank yiu agina Cythia and Loren.

Family vacation at Lake Nacimiento

This is an excellent place to stay! The house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, refrigerator space and even an ice machine! The gigantic patio overlooks the lake and dock and the ramp was easy to access. The owners were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Dream staycation

I celebrated my birthday And it was an absolute blast. The view is breathtaking so is the house. Fully furnished, all we had to bring was our food. The tenants are very kind and quick to respond. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house we will come back!

Unforgettable vacation

The property was super nice, clean, a lot of stuff were provided, food in the pantry, boardgames, shampoo. Excellent wifi. The owners lived in the same area and we're super helpful with whatever questions we had. There is a launch ramp that we used that was very convenient. It was tricky getting to the house but the directions the owners provided were very detailed and we were able to find it. The whole family had so much fun, no complaints about the property or the owners.

Best Home Ever!

This house is absolutely amazing! Right on the lake with a private dock, the home is filled with upgrades everywhere including amazingly comfortable beds. The home is fully stocked with everything, and having a commercial ice maker and filtered water makes packing for a week so much easier. We launched at the marina and the home is about a 9-minute boat ride from there. The owners will help with anything you need at a moment's notice, you just need to give them a quick call. We are grateful to Cynthia & Loren for their hospitality, and their lovely home, and cannot wait to stay at this property again.

Beautiful home with amazing amenities

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and were blown away by the property, how clean and well stocked it was for cooking and entertaining, absolutely hoping we can stay here again in the future! The drive out to the property as intimidating as it may seem is actually beautiful, and if you are doing any wine-tasting its actually perfectly situated to bounce around the region. The lake was dry but we weren't planning on doing any lake activities so that was perfectly fine, we actually were able to go for a nice walk into the dry lake bed. The hosts are amazing and provided us with ample details and information before our trip, we can't thank them enough for their hospitality and for letting us enjoy their amazing home.

Amazing place to unplug!

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful property and our excellent hosts, Loren and Cindy! I made a last minute decision to take the trip with my fellow soccer mom and our three kids, aged 12-14. We had a fabulous time, playing on the lake all day with the kayaks and fishing rods they graciously lent us. The place exceeded my expectations in terms of water accessibility and fun. The weather was perfect for swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing, and hours of quiet time, gazing at the gorgeous view, enjoying the natural beauty which included bald eagles, deer, and stars, stars, stars! We would give it a perfect score if the wi-fi and reception was better. I can't wait to come back!

So glad you enjoyed yourself with the outdoors and getting away from the city life. Yes Verizon cell reception is slow. Verizon changed their frequency with the tower a year ago so Verizon isn't great at the house. It works better outside and at the dock. The wifi is the best we can get in the rural country with Ranch WIFI and works as as long as a bunch people are not streaming movies at the same time.

Awesome owners

We had some difficulty finding the place, but that was on us, not because of inadequate directions. The house is situated on, what all 10 of us agree, is probably the most scenic spot overlooking the lake. The house was clean, the a/c worked great, the foosball table was top notch, the industrial ice machine is a huge plus, but most impressive of all was how accommodating the owners, Cynthia & Loren, proved to be. When we had problems with our boat, and there were many, they came to our rescue, with great enthusiasm, every time. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, you will enjoy the owners, the house, and of course, Lake Naci.

The best time!

We literally had the best time ever staying here! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house was perfect for our group of ten, plus 2 babies and 2 toddlers. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and then some! The house was really clean, nicely updated and really spacious! The views from the house are unbelievably gorgeous. Access to the dock was very easy. You can either drive or walk.. we would drive down if we had a lot of stuff, but we also enjoyed walking since the lake is at a reasonable level right now. Our only regret is not staying here longer. Probably the nicest and most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. We will 100% be coming back to stay here!

Family Gathering Location

The house and location are great for family gatherings or large groups. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious with ample room to gather or find solace. The kitchen was fully stocked with a large dining table for communal eating. The view from the balcony was stunning! The boat dock is a 5-minute walk down the hill, but the water didn't look swim-worthy. If you're looking to get away from people and urban living, this is a wonderful refuge. Be prepared to drive about an hour inland from town on a winding road. Make sure to bring what you need to the house as there is nowhere to purchase goods within an hour. The only issue we had was the Wifi. Not sure if this is a consistent problem or a one-off, but I can imagine satellite issues arise from time to time in this remote area.

Worth that crazy drive!

House was even nicer than the pictures! The view was spectacular and the deck is huge with plenty of room to hang out. Cynthia and Loren were amazing. We’ve rented very nice homes through VRBO at different lakes for almost a decade and many of us liked this one the best. The bedrooms are bigger than the pictures. We also had a small motorhome for an extra bedroom and that worked out great. Did not realize that the house would be so well stocked with cookware, toilet paper, etc. The dock right on the water was great even though it was a trek to get down to it ( we would take a car often cuz going up was tiring). Heed their warning if you have a boat to stay to the right of the shallow area as you go to fast water. The drive up is one hour from Paso Robles on a curvy road but we made it fine towing a boat. Our boat broke right away but we played ping pong, went in jacuzzi, hung out on the big lily pad, swam by the dock, paddle boarded and kayaked. Great trip!!

Thank you for the review! Yes we recommend you drive the minute to the dock rather than carry everything. You can park all along the ramp and hill above the dock. I even park down there with my little VW. Some people like the exercise but I drive
