Resort location was wonderful. Great location to the beach and swimming pool. Condo was dated and we had a few issues with several things in the condo not working properly. Owner states that he fixed the issues after we checked out.

The condo was great with a lot of activities for our teenage boys. Todd was great to communicate with through out the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was having to head back home.

Wonderful stay! The pool and the beach are both super close. Very clean, plant of room. The owner was amazing! If you don’t book here. Don’t book. My sister, myself, and my two granddaughters. They are 12 and 10. With coffee AND ice cream downstairs. I was a bit concerned about parking. But there is plenty.

Great location

Clean except under the bed in room with bunks. Owner was made aware and told his cleaning service. The best part was communication! Owner was great! St. Regis was a great location.

Clean, Comfortable, Wonderful Stay!

It was perfect for our family!! Everyone slept comfortably, there was plenty of space, and the location was great. We appreciated the solid communication leading up to our stay as well. We will definitely book again in the future.

We had a good experience at St. Regis! Having visited NTB for several years and stayed at various accommodations, we chose the condo this year due to its location and the numerous positive reviews. The condo was very clean and met our needs perfectly, truly living up to its high reviews and ratings. The beach was just a short stroll away, and we were able to take advantage of all the amenities available on-site. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony, where we spent many mornings and afternoons soaking in the ocean view and listening to the waves. We did encounter a facility issue with the main door one afternoon, but after reaching out to the owner, Todd, he responded promptly and arrived in person to assist us within an hour. We truly appreciated his support and clear communication throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Although the ocean view was slightly obstructed, it was still lovely and a great way to start each day. The only minor drawbacks were that some of the pans in the kitchen were a bit worn and chipping, and we found the cleaning supplies and toilet paper to be somewhat limited. However, these things did not detract from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Salt water pool!

Beautiful, peaceful ocean view condo. We loved the heated salt water pool ( there is no indoor pool) and the kids jumped in the large outdoor pool. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant/bar and that was a fun pirate themed place in building 2. The walk to the beach was shorter than it looked in the pictures which was helpful for us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly.

Family loved it

My family and I enjoyed staying at Todd's condo in Topsail. It was perfect distance from the beach, which was not overcrowded. There was a storage unit with chairs and things for the beach. All aspects of the unit were clean when we arrived. Make sure you bring all necessary items for cleaning and spices/pantry items for cooking. There were just enough to start the week off, but depending on how much you use your kitchen there is not enough to last the week.

Very convenient

Our communication with the owner was seamless. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We did an odd stay of a Thursday to Monday which was necessary due to our work schedule and we had no problems booking it that way.

We had an awesome stay here. The unit was clean, tidy, comfy. Views from balcony was great. Beach and pool access was very close. Looking back on our stay, there was not one time that we had said, I wish they had this in the condo. Very peaceful and relaxing stay, Thank you

We’ll Be Back!

I would highly recommend this place mainly because of the cleanliness and quick response from the Owner! We had a few hiccups when we got there, ie opening the lock on door as well as all the TV’s (probably due to a storm prior). The resort was very quiet and everyone working there was so friendly…you really don’t need to ever leave once you get there because they have it all! We’ll be back!

Relaxing

Relaxing stay on a non/commercialized beach. No crowds, plenty of room to spread out and just enjoy the ocean. Local restaurants provided really good food at a fair price. Condo was very clean, perfectly sized for 4 adults. Oceanfront balcony with comfortable chairs was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. We will be back again!

Stress free getaway

Our condo was the ideal get away. It was clean and easy to get access from the owner. The condo is on the third floor in the third building. I always feel like there’s less hustle and bustle in the third building. It was near the stairs and trash chute. This made things even easier. We often took the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. The condo was not busy or full of decor but just the right amount of beach style. It was easy to relax and unwind in this environment. There were sheets and towels that were provided which would be handy for any traveler (one less thing to pack). The hosts were fantastic about communication all along. We had email updates and text. It really made things seem seamless. We will be back to stay again. I highly recommend this condo and the wonderful owners as they were so kind and helpful with any questions. Thank you for renting out your condo.

Relaxing space

Overall we had a wonderful experience! The morning sunrises were amazing and just relaxing on the balcony in the afternoon and evening was perfect. There are several activities on the resort and it made it for a perfect stay for us!

Great Place

This place was perfect for us! It was super clean, great size and with all the amenities we did not have to leave the property. Both restaurants were delicious. The only surprise we had was there was not much beach left at high tide.

Nice Getaway

Very Nice location and has just about everything in one spot. You can go out to the beach , If you want to relax by the pool you have that option there is plenty of chairs and umbrellas as well as shade if you want to get out of the sun, the pool is huge and kids have a spot to play as well, it goes from 3ft to 8, there is a restaurant, game room, put put gulf, a play area and so much more at the condo building. Once you get onto the property you really dont need to go no where unless you want to cook or grill your own food. My advice is stop in town and get you something before you get to the Condo. Mr. Brohaugh reached out to me and gave us all info and said if we needed any additional info, help or anything let him know. He is quick to respond to any questions . My family and I will definitely be booking another trip here. I will say my kids really enjoyed this trip and that itself made it amazing. This is definitely a kid friendly place, great family vacation spot or just a getaway spot couples/friends.

Great unit in a fantastic resort

This is a very nice apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the living area is lovely. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves, and we spotted dolphins from the balcony. The view isn't quite as good as the pictures imply though: there's a parking lot between the unit and the bluff. We loved the resort. The beach access is fantastic, and our kids enjoyed the pool and the new pirate-themed playground.
