This is a true beachfront stay on Topsail Island — not "ocean view from the parking lot," but the St. Regis Resort's private stretch of sand a short walk from your own front door.



Walk in and the open-concept living room does the selling for you: a wall of glass framing the ocean, comfortable seating for the whole group, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding door straight out to your private balcony. Mornings start with coffee (Keurig or drip, your call) and the sound of the waves.



The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating: stainless steel stove, oven, and dishwasher, full cookware and utensils, and a dining table that seats 6 for nights you'd rather grill fresh catch than go out. The open layout keeps the cook connected to everyone else on the balcony.



Three bedrooms sleep 9 comfortably:

— Primary bedroom: king bed, direct ocean views, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom

— Third bedroom: a 3-in-1 bunk setup (twin over twin, plus a trundle) kids claim the second they see it

Two full bathrooms feature shower/tub combos, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper is waiting when you arrive. A large tiled foyer means sandy feet never make it past the entrance. In-unit washer/dryer, central air, fast Wi-Fi, and an elevator round out the comforts — the only decision left is which pool to hit first.

** Modern, fully-equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, elegant white cabinetry, and a spacious countertop, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, creating a bright and airy space ideal for entertaining.

The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.



Guest Access:

Check-in is fully self-service — you'll get a unique door code before arrival, no keys to juggle and no need to time your drive around anyone's schedule.



Your stay includes free access to the St. Regis Resort's amenity package: indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fitness center, arcade, playground, business center, and the on-site restaurants and bars. A resort fob opens the shared amenity spaces.



The Neighborhood:

You're inside the St. Regis Resort on North Topsail Beach, ocean on one side, the small towns of Topsail Island on the other.



— Seaview Pier: classic Topsail fishing pier, about 5 minutes, for surf casting or a sunset walk

— Sneads Ferry waterfront & marina: roughly 10 minutes, with seafood spots like Salty Sistas and Riverview Cafe

— North Shore Golf Course, Sneads Ferry: about 15 minutes for a round with water views

— Surf City's Salt Marsh Market: around 20 minutes for coffee and grab-and-go local fare

— Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center: about 20 minutes, a hospital for injured sea turtles you can tour in season

— Missiles and More Museum, Topsail Beach: roughly 30 minutes, covering the island's Cold War missile-testing history

— Downtown Wilmington's historic Riverwalk, shops, and restaurants: about 45 minutes for a day trip

You don't need a car most days — the beach and the resort's own restaurants and pools are right outside — but Topsail's small-town charm is minutes away either direction.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-Sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Free parking is included right on the resort property, plus free street parking nearby for overflow vehicles. Six shared EV chargers are available in the lot for guests who need to top off.



You'll be issued a parking pass with your resort fob — keep both with you and leave them at the unit at checkout. A $150 replacement fee applies to any pass or fob not returned.



We keep the rules simple. Check-in is 4:00 PM, checkout is 10:00 AM, and early check-in may be available for a small fee if the unit is ready ahead of schedule — just ask.



Maximum occupancy is 9 guests, and the unit is smoke-free. Starting November 1, guests must submit valid ID and sign a brief rental agreement through our secure booking software — it takes two minutes and keeps the building safe for everyone.



Please bring your own beach towels (bath towels and linens are provided), and hang on to your parking pass and resort fob until checkout to avoid the $150 replacement fee. Pool hours shift seasonally per HOA rules, and swimming after dark isn't permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
