About this space
“Simplicity”.... Our accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers.
Spacious 1 bedroom apartment is only a few minutes walk to 2 beaches. There are many places of interest to include a gym, casino, and many restaurants and bars. There is enough to do within walking distance that you don’t need a car, but taxis are available if needed.
Pool is located on the property. Laundromat is also on the property that will wash, dry and fold clothes for a small fee.
The space
Newly updated apartment with fresh paint, smart IPTV, brand new stove top oven, new microwave, new refrigerator, and queen size bed.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the apartment and to the common areas, including the swimming pool.
Other things to note
Security Guard and cameras are located at the property.
A Mini Market is located on the property providing many useful items.
Apartment key fob and Safe key - if the apartment key Fob or safe key is lost you will be charged $100 for a replacement.
Maid service is not provided unless requested. There is a fee if maid service is needed.

Welcome to simplicity by the beach. Here you have a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! Great Diner on property as well as a laundromat. Free parking, Hi speed wifi included with stay. Fully functional kitchen and very spacious bedroom with a pool view! Natural lighting is amazing. Good AC and ceiling fan to keep it nice and cool from the heat! Many daytime activities which you can plan out by taking a short stroll to the beach, boat rides, ATV's etc..
