Enjoy this newly remodeled, luxury, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, ground-floor, OCEAN FRONT condo in South Mission Beach. Walk off your patio and put your toes in the sand, enjoy beach volleyball or basketball, or just take a stroll down the boardwalk to Belmont Park. Enjoy the stunning sunset views over the Pacific Ocean every night of your stay. Your private patio includes a barbecue and relaxing furniture around a gas fire pit.

The completely remodeled bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and include new smart TV's with cable.

This condo features beautiful new flooring throughout, a remodeled living room with gorgeous furniture, a modern in-wall fireplace, ceiling fan, plus amazing ocean views. This condo is the perfect oceanfront getaway.

Additionally, entire kitchen has been fully remodeled and upgraded, with all modern appliances, including Keurig and Bunn coffee makers.

Parking: Tandem garage. Also, public parking is a short walk down the boardwalk.

Amazing location right on the beach. Quick walk down the boardwalk to Belmont Park. Home was clean and had everything we needed, right down to the volleyballs so that we could play some beach volleyball right outside the door! Would stay here again!

Property was clean and comfortable! Host provided all the information we needed up front. Stocked with everything and more than we needed. We felt very welcomed right as we arrived to a hand written note and a few goodies. Thank you for the hospitality!

Home is clean and had everything we needed. We are from San Diego and needed a home base for our son’s wedding. It was nice being near volleyball courts and watching all the activity. Enjoyed having outdoor seating and fire pit! A king size bed would be a nice addition!

This was a wonderful place to stay with kids- right across the beach volleyball nets and the beach, about 5-8 minute walk to the water. They had plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, several boogie boards, surfboards, maybe bikes (they were under covers-we didn’t look), spike ball set in master bedroom closet. Was clean and comfortable with extra blankets if needed. Ceiling fan in bedrooms and living rooms was helpful for air circulation.They had well stocked cabinets with dishware and plastic wrap, foil, garbage bags, ziploc bags which was handy for beach Sandwiches and fruit. Also pans and pots, cutting board, plenty of kitchen towels. Have washer and dryer with tide pods and bounce dryer sheets.Plenty of hangers. Rain shower powerful.Use foot wash in between two complexes- kind of high power stream -lift the lever slightly. Garbage was behind gated area to the L of garage door. Garage fit Nissan Rogue with mirrors folded in. Slight cons:-No kids beach toys - we did leave two sand shovels-otherwise you can buy sand buckets at nearby convenience store, but would be handier to just have it at the house. -The induction stove - could not find ventilation hood.-No shower body wash or soap- they provide travel size Pantene shampoo and conditioner. FYI-Listing says it is ground floor but there are about 14 steps to second floor where 2nd BR/BA is. Lovely welcome gifts of cookies, wine, tea, sparkling juice, candy. TY!Overall- great- would stay again!

Mission Beach House

Our family and friends had a great time staying at this property and I highly recommend it. It was super clean and stocked with everything you could ask for. The host was great and super responsive. The house is updated and looks like new. We are looking to reserve it again for next Summer!!

Very nice housing

Very much enjoyed the place. Parking was difficult. A little far from the ocean and really no view. Better than before since the hedge was removed.

Loved it!

Right on the beach! Kitchen had everything needed. Close to restaurants. Cute beach house. Looks and felt newly remodeled. The Mission Beach area is really busy. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, Mission Beach is not it. If you are looking for a hip and happening scene, this is your place. One negative, and this is not the owners fault, the San Diego Airport flight takeoff path is right over Mission Beach. You hear airplanes most of the day and into the early part of the night.

Excellent location.

The property was well maintained, clean, modern yet cozy. We loved being so close to tje restaurants at Mission Beach yet far enough away to have quiet nights. Beautiful sunsets and great mornings drinking coffee, watching volleyball, surfers, and the waves.

Sweet South Mission Location

So happy we found this cozy Newley updated gem, located on South Mission Beach. It was clean, spacious enough for our family of 6, well stocked with beach toys, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, disposable tableware, cups ,including k-cups, seasonings, and even firewood.. We weren’t sure if the sleeper sofa would be comfortable enough for my mil, but it certainly was. The location is close to a small local coffee shop,, and grocery store. The host was easy to contact and response time was excellent. The, sparkling juices, and cookies, did add a nice welcome to our arrival.

Great location, beautiful property!

The property is beautifully decorated, clean and an abundance of necessities. Even a welcome basket left by owner/management! On the beach, in front of sand volley ball courts, so fun to watch! Also located at the end of the board walk and south of the park so there is less traffic and loitering. Like other guests have said, the view is obstructed by shrubbery on patio. It's nice for privacy but not good for a view of the beach. So it's a toss-up. Had an issue with the dryer and management was quick to respond and try to resolve the issue. Overall it was the perfect place for our family and would highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location on Mission Beach!!!

Great location on Mission Beach! Highly recommend. You can not get any closer to the beach. Morning breakfast on the patio watching beach volleyball. The house was nicely appointed and recently renovated. We basically had everything we needed. Great living area. A true 2 bedroom w 2.5 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Communication w the manager was really timely and upfront. Exceeded my expectations. Only con which was disclosed upfront: really small garage space. We rented a minivan and w the mirrors folded, had about an inch on each side. Plenty of parking during the weekdays at the beach parking lot which was a 5 min walk.

Perfect family getaway on south end of mission beach

Away from all the hustle and bustle , complete with upgraded appliances and amenities. Only complaint is the downstairs bed is extremely firm and the bushes obstruct the view from inside (lower level unit) but overall an amazing experience!

Perfect place on beach

This property is fabulous because it is steps from the beach. The place was very spacious with all amenities you can think of. Parking was tight but we were told that in advance so were prepared. The host was very responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

With the exception of the parking being so tight, all else was good. For old guys like us, it is not easy for me to crawl in and out of the passenger side every time I need to use the car. Other than that, location was good and all other amenities were upscale and enjoyable.
