This private and rustic charming cabin was built by a German couple with love and attention to detail. It features built-in furniture, bookshelves and an amazing back wall full of windows that bring in the view and sunlight. The cabin is located in a pristine setting right along the Chowchilla River. The sound of the river flowing behind the house (seasonal) makes you feel so relaxed. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature.

The Space:
If you are looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay near Yosemite National Park, Creekside Cabin is a great option. This charming cabin is located 39 miles from the Arch Entrance of Yosemite, which offers stunning views and access to many trails and attractions. You can also enjoy the nearby town of Mariposa, where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants to suit your taste. Or, if you prefer a larger town, Oakhurst is only 25 minutes away and has more options for entertainment and services. Creekside Cabin is the perfect base for your Yosemite adventure.

The main living and dining space of this cabin is a naturally-lit open floor plan. You can enjoy meals by the woodstove while overlooking the creek through the large A-frame window. The cabin has three private bedrooms upstairs with great views and separate heating that lets your guests relax in peace.

The large wraparound deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a charcoal BBQ available for all your grilling needs, guests can enjoy delicious food while sitting at the outdoor dining table. The deck is also a great place to relax and enjoy nature. You might even spot some deer or turkey walking through the backyard!

When the weather gets chilly, you can stay warm and cozy inside with the wood burning stove and electric heating. The house is perfect for relaxing and spending time with loved ones. Whether you’re enjoying a good book or watching a movie, you’ll feel right at home.

The split air conditioner in the main room and upstairs bedroom will keep you cool and comfortable during the warmer months.

Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just starting out, our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. We have a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses, bowls, plates, serving utensils, bakeware and pots/pans. We also provide complimentary tea and roasted coffee to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The main living area has a cozy setting where everyone can enjoy the fireplace and watch TV. Free WIFI. DVD player & DVD movies (No Cable TV).

The home is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the home but it’s permitted outside as long as the item is extinguished. This ensures that the home remains clean and comfortable for all guests. You can enjoy your stay without worrying about any unpleasant odors or allergens.
If you are driving an electric vehicle (EV), you can use our NEMA 14-50R outlet to charge your battery. This outlet is compatible with most EVs, but you may need to bring an adapter cord depending on your model. We charge a small fee for using this service, which helps us cover the electricity costs.
