For your next trip to Breck, treat yourself to one of the best locations in town! You’re literally steps from the Snowflake Lift, and you can walk or catch the convenient shuttle bus to all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes. Your family and friends will thank you for finding this place!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. With two master suites with private bathrooms, it’s also a great condo for two couples/families to share! The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. You’ll love the in-unit washer/dryer as well!

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Worth it! Great place.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and can’t wait to stay here again. Close enough for walking in town and to the ski areas. Plenty of room for the number of people it handles.

Perfect for family get aways

The three bedrooms were well appointed for families to stay. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and the washer dryer was a nice amenity. The checking process and communication from Summit was the best we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this company and condo for your vacation.

The condo was clean and spacious. The location is great — a short walk down the hill to Main St. and right next to the Snowflake Lift, Snowflake Trail and the Snowflake Lift Bus stop.

Peaceful condo close to town

The condo is located on the back side of the Riverbend complex, away from the street. The stream running nearby makes for a peaceful getaway. It's a fairly short walk into Breckenridge, and while the walk back is uphill, there is free bus transportation back to the condo if you need it. There is a nice hiking trail up to a reservoir right next to the building, which I recommend.There's plenty of sleeping space and a nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. Streaming services are available on the TVs for your entertainment as well as board games if you're into that. Summit Mountain Rentals has made the check-in process a lot better since the last time we came to Breck. This time, there was no need to go to their office on Ski Hill Rd. which was great because we arrived into town late in the afternoon.Overall, it's a very good condo that we would stay in again.

Nice, clean place with all kitchen/cooking things needed, grill right outside, plenty of space. Is 100 steps from Charter ski rental, 40 steps from Snowflake chairlift, and 4 O'Clock run allows you to ski to spot right across the street. Once you arrive, all you need is there.

Excellent property and location!

The condo is located just steps away from the Snowflake lift. I don’t believe anyone in our party would recommend coming back to the condo via Snowflake route but there is an option of coming back on 4’O Clock run which brings you back just across the street from the condo- so you have two easy ways to return at the end of your day. The condo was clean and comfortable and full stocked with everything you need for meal preop and linens. The management office was easy to work with during the booking, checkin and checkout process! We will definitely return!

Great location needs a deep clean and update

PROS - LOCATION! heated indoor garage ample space well stocked kitchen CONS - could use a deep clean NEEDS a refresh on bedding could use an update as far as carpet and bathrooms hot tub is a bit dirty but its outside and used a lot OVERALL I'd stay again and I am a germophob so I would just wear slippers the whole time LOL but the pillows and bedding are SAD!

Great condo!

The experience and condo were great. Loved the location- an easy 13 minute walk to Main Street (coming back it’s uphill). The bunk beds were pretty firm (harder for adults to sleep on). Also, there’s no salt/pepper, ziplock baggies, tinfoil or any of those types of amnesties. There were coffee filters and olive oil though. Just good to know before you arrive. Hot tub was shared with the units but nice and big. Had such a great weekend!!

The kitchen was outfitted with nearly every pot, pan, and utensil you could possibly need to cook just about anything. It was very quiet; never heard anyone in the hall or outside the condo. Our family has now discovered how spoiled you can be with a ski in/ski out location. You can see the Snowflake Lift from the window at the end of the hall and it is a quick little ski down to it. The party agrees that Snowflake Run is not the one to take to ski back as it will involve a lot of pushing, but there is another run (can't remember the name) that puts you within an easy walk. They all agreed it was fantanstic. Rent this place; you won't regret it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would have liked to have been told more details about the condo such as patio chair cushions were under the bed. Didn’t realize until the day we were leaving. TV Channel list that was in the condo was incorrect and torn so missing some information. Several windows malfunctioned when trying to open and maintenance had to come out several times. I will say that they were very responsive when called. The building needs some updating and better cleaning. Cobwebs and piles of leaves on patios. We wanted to use the hot tub but it was not working and was never fixed while we were there. Location is good and within walking distance to downtown. Lovely trail right outside the condo. Nice exercise room on property. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. One more box fan would have been nice for the third bedroom as there were only two in the condo. Overall, it was good but could be even better with a few improvements.
