Welcome to your ski-in/out, slope-side mountain escape in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado! Nestled within Crystal Peak Lodge right in front of the Independence Superchair ski lift, this mountain condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway. We look forward to welcoming you!

We have exclusive access to an array of amenities that define the alpine experience: slope-side views, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, lobby fireplace, and heated underground parking. We have access to private bowling alleys, private movie theaters, and all the amenities at our sister lodge, One Ski Hill Place on Peak 8. With the Peak 7 gondola station right outside our lodge, you will also have the freedom to explore the enchanting downtown of Breckenridge.

Enjoy direct views of the Independence Superchair ski lift from the private balcony of our comfortable, well-equipped condo. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing by the fireplace after a day outdoors, and the open-concept kitchen comes with high-quality appliances and granite countertops—great for everything from a casual breakfast to a shared dinner.

The condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 7, making it a great fit for couples, families, or groups of friends. Thoughtful details throughout the space make it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

After a day exploring the slopes, trails, or rivers of Breckenridge, come back to unwind in a warm and inviting space. Stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or use the high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. It’s a comfortable, convenient base for making the most of your time in the mountains.

Fantastic Location

We have stayed in Breck several times previously, but this was absolutely the best location we have found. The condo was 100% as advertised and the view of the mountain was amazing. It was quiet in the morning and at night but had a great après ski atmosphere as well. We will book it again the next time we head to Breck!

Location was amazing

We stayed here the week before Thanksgiving and we were extremely happy with the property. Property was larger than expected! Location was amazing right on Peak 7! Ski locker made our experience even better. Plenty of room for two couples to stay relax and enjoy the views. Definitely recommend this place. Will be booking again in the future!

My mom and I did a ski weekend together, and stayed at this condo! It was absolutely perfect! The condo was at on Peak 7, and we could see the ski lift from the living room. The place was so clean and huge! We are talking about coming back and staying there again as it was great!

This condo met/exceeded all of our expectations! It was extremely clean and had all of the amenities of “home” which made our weeklong stay wonderful. In addition, Helen and Olivia are exceptionally communicative hosts. We highly recommend this property and will certainly book with them again.

Great week at Crystal Peak!

This property was everything we were looking for. It is right on the gondola line, steps to Peak 8 with all of the summer activities we were hoping to try. The owners could not have been easier to work with and mapped out the check in and check out seamlessly. We can’t wait to return!

What a great place! We stayed in the summer. There is tons of things to do in the area! This condo has everything you can think of! 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, 3 bathrooms, a living area, full kitchen, and a huge balcony facing right to the mountains/ski lift. The ski lift is RIGHT THERE! Perfect if your coming to ski. The restaurant downstairs was delicious! From the parking garage, there are roll carts to help you bring your stuff up/down and the far elevator takes you steps from the condo door.

Amazing property and location

This stay was one of the best we have had. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked. There were a ton of amenities in the unit for us to use like a pack and play for our little one, and all the dishes and appliances you could ask for. Including a coffee grinder! We enjoyed our stay so much and hope we can make it back to check things out in the winter.

Perfect Location, Thoughtful hosts!

This property obviously has an incredible location at the bottom of Peak 7 for the easiest access you could have to the mountain. What makes this space different are the hosts. They have been very thoughtful in setting up the space, they even had coffee beans and a grinder, along with a fully stocked spice rack, and cooking necessities in the cabinet. We also loved the comfy sheets and pillows. We can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful Lodge + Location

Had a wonderful stay here! The hot tubs, gym, sauna, and all the other amenities were fantastic. We were right at the base of the mountain. You could literally walk out and just start hiking. The leaves are all gold and just stunning this time of year. You can drive into town in just a few minutes. It's truly the perfect location. The hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know before I even thought of the question. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and amenities. I'd stay here again

5 stars all the way. We came in for an extended weekend on a family vacation in Jun. This place has Full gym, hot tub, balcony view of the amazing mountains. The gondola stops at the building. Less than 5 minutes to the main street. You could take the gondola to the the town and walk around. No ac but it gets plenty cold at night inside if you crack open a window. Your hikes start at the building!I live in colorado and i have stayed in a few condos in Breck before but this one tops it all for amenities, location, room comfort, space and bed.

SPECTACULAR CONDO IN BRECK

First time in Colorado and off a complete whim we booked this condo, which ended up FAR exceeding our expectations. Very spacious condo, very comfortable beds, nice amenities, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the view from the patio is breathtaking. The lodge has access to hot tubs, fire pits, pool table, and restaurants. We enjoyed taking the gondola into town and driving into town is only 5 minutes. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We are already thinking about our next trip to Breckenridge and we will look no further than booking this condo again.

We wanted a quick getaway with our family to cool off in Breckenridge and this condo was great! First, communication with the owner was solid. I had a couple questions and they responded within an hour and they checked in on us just after checking in to see if all was good. The condo itself is beautiful and better than I expected from the listing. Roomy, comfortable and the views from the deck are fantastic. We didn't really cook but it appeared the kitchen had everything you would need to do so. We would definitely rent this condo again as it is great for families!
