Easy & Quick access (+/-10 mins) to Charlotte Uptown, Hospitals, BOA Stadium, Spectrum Center, Music Factory, South Park Mall and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Nearby great dining experiences. 20 mins to airport. Newly Updated KITCHEN has a Gas cooktop w/ Hood Vent, sink, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee/tea/cocoa maker, microwave, and toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Guest suite private Washer and Dryer. Super FAST Gigabit AT&T Fiber INTERNET with WiFi makes streaming movies and getting work done a breeze. Internet TV Channels: We use Internet TV via Amazon FireStick to access normal television channels available on cable networks, as well as, countless on-demand movies and shows. Simple usage instructions are provided. Thermostat: This guest suite has it's own thermostat to allow your control of heat/air to your liking. Gas fire-pit: on deck available for guest use GUEST ACCESS: -Guest Reserved parking for 1 vehicle inside white lines; additional vehicle(s) park on my side of street 5 feet away from mailbox -Private covered deck does not include hot-tub nor bbq grill usage. -Self Check in: 24/7 access with Lighted digital keypad (push the top button at night to illuminate buttons) We live in the adjoining residence & are generally around for assistance. I can provide tips on things to check out in the Queen City. Our Cotswold neighborhood is very safe and walking friendly. The Cotswold shopping center is a short drive or walk (about 1 mile away) and features multiple restaurants, shops, Starbucks, grocery stores, yoga studio, gyms, banks, etc Walking distance to Shopping, dining and public bus stop. Ride sharing (Uber, Lyft, etc...) and Taxi available for hire. On site parking for your vehicle. - We generally are in bed by 10:30pm and up at 6:30am. -My small 14lb dog rarely barks. -I have a pre-teen son and teenage daughter -My husband's quiet home office is located below your guest suite. -You may faintly hear our dishwasher or kitchen sink which are located behind your bathroom wall. Closing your bathroom door should eliminate any faint noise heard.
