Our villa Lagune is located in La Colle sur Loup, it is a detached house of 120m built in 2020 on a plot of 990m2 in a very quiet area.
The terrace overlooks a garden planted with numerous palm trees and a lagoon swimming pool (10x4) with submerged beach equipped with a whirlpool bath and a heat pump, a large table for 6 people for dinner or lunch with your feet in the water. 3 large beds for 2 people each.

5min from the village of La Colle sur Loup and 1/4h from Saint Paul de Vence.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with double bed, all equipped with air conditioning and flat screen television and a bathroom (king size bath and double sink, with toilet. The master suite includes a walk-in shower as well as a double basin.
The ground floor is described as open space, a lounge area with large flat screen TV, a kitchen dining room area with a central marble island.
A large table that can accommodate 6 people. A guest toilet.

Outside, a large 30m2 terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and a large table.
For amateurs a pétanque court in the shade of the villa.
