Island Tower is an exclusive and elegant condo, with its oversized floorplans, floor to ceiling panoramic glass windows, and gracious balcony spaces. This WEST corner 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is perfect for sunsets (and sunrises too). From the open kitchen and main living area, you're surrounded by water views from the 16th floor. The primary suite is ideally situated to maximize the Gulf views while offering private balcony access. The bathroom space is a comfortable size with double vanities, separate shower and jetted tub, plus a walk-in closet. The additional guest bedrooms both have private access to a shared balcony, one is an ensuite. Amenities include 3 floors of parking (2 are covered), two guest parking passes per stay, beautiful infinity outdoor and indoor pools, gulf front fitness room, BBQ, and boardwalk access to the beach. Convenient walking distance to some great restaurants and super cool festivals.

Scott was a great host. The condo was beautiful. It was steps from the beach and lots of restaurants. The sunsets are absolutely amazing.

The condo was great, clean and perfect for our three families. Scott was excellent with his communication and his responsiveness to our needs. Will definitely look to book with Scott again for our next visit!! Beautiful place and we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather.

Gorgeous and Relaxing!

The property and communication with Scott were exceptional! The condo is huge and we never felt crowded. The views were, as my 14 year old says, Pinterest worthy :) All of our kids enjoyed the rooms and two balconies. Every morning, we could see dolphins swimming by. The condo had everything we needed and added bonus of beach chairs! It was so nice to be able to do laundry right before we headed home! It felt like a home away from home. Both pools, the gym and beach all were such easy access. Parking our Toyota Highlander on any level was easy. We would definitely come back!

Scott was very communicative and helpful about the property and any problems the may have come up. The property was well maintained and the amenities were awesome. It made for a great stay with family. I would definitely stay here again.

The Condo is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It has great views, very nice patios off every bedroom and the main living room space as well. Scott was great to work with, very nice and quick to answer any and all questions. The only downside to vacationing in this building, is the parking. If you have a large vehicle, it can’t go to the 2nd or 3rd floor. There is a sign that states smaller cars to the upper level, but they don’t always go up and no one cares. If you go out, you could possibly have nowhere to park. It ruined our stay and we had to order in 90% of the time, this cost more and we felt it made our family vacation feel very limited. We couldn’t even go to parks, shopping ect. and we damaged our new SUV by trying to find somewhere to park. I feel this should be stated in the description of all Condos in this Island Tower Building, because it’s deceiving to say 3 levels of parking when it’s not for everyone!

Wonderful location and property

My family had a fantastic stay. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with beachy decor. Every bedroom has a beautiful view. We were able to see dolphins and listen to the surf from the balcony. It was so nice to have both indoor and outdoor pools available. Great location, easy walk to stores and restaurants. Scott was immediately responsive to questions and very kind.

This place is exactly as shown. It is beautiful, perfect location. Scott is so easy to contact for anything. We will be booking there any time we go now. Highly recommend!! Love it

Great Room with a Great View

The unit was a great stay, was very clean and had all the things we needed to make our stay so easy. The only complaint was the parking was very narrow and sometimes hard to access if you have a big SUV. However, the condo was perfect and had a wonderful view of the gulf.
