Sea Esta is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home, with the sandy beach and Atlantic ocean in your backyard. The new owners of this 2BR oceanfront villa have created an absolutely adorable and cozy retreat with a comfortable beach vibe. The kitchen is complete with all you will need - whether cooking a full meal or light bite before heading out to the beach. Great plank flooring, fresh paint and decor, stainless steel appliances and super comfortable mattresses will surely make this gem a guest favorite in no time.

Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and the oceanfront porch is accessible from either the living room or master bedroom.

Stay connected (if you must) with dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-fi or checkout the variety of channels on Spectrum Silver. Just to show that the beach isn't just for summer vacations, the electric fireplace adds a touch of ambiance and warmth as you settle in for the evening, while looking forward to another day at the beach. Guests will be well rested after sleeping on what just may be the most comfortable mattresses.

Mornings are special at Sea Esta too. The Keurig is ideal for a quick cup of coffee and quiet time on the oceanfront porch - there's just no better way to start the day. Then step outside and take a stroll out on the beach tp take in the most beautiful sunrise. If your stay takes place between Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend you can enjoy the sparkling pool.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Alternate check-in/out dates or shorter stays may be available upon request with a 3-night minimum. Guests making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must also occupy the rental property during the entire length of stay. Children are welcome!

Pets are NOT allowed at any time during the stay and smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or on the porch.

Please Note: Bed linen and bath towels are included. Private vacation rentals do not include daily housekeeping. Pool and beach towels are not provided. Free on-site parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed.
