Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was not clean to my standards again this yr. Dust on the baseboards and ceiling fans. Previous guest left open bags in the cupboard. The scariest part was when the fire alarm went off at 3;24 and we didn't get back into our room until 4:12. The fire co couldn't turn off the alarm and we had to sit in our cars. Was not a fun night since we were leaving the next day.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review is for both Vrbo and the condo itself. The unit is extremely small with an awkward design specifically the living space which is cramped & no good angle to view the TV. The kitchen, which should include all the utensils etc. lacked many basic items. Finally, the beds were as hard as a rock. Regarding Vrbo, the price charged was a couple hundred dollars more than what showed on the app. I thought it was a “deposit” but that was not the case. The primary reason I usually go through Vrbo is to avoid the ridiculous extra fees (resort fees...). I’m sorry to be so negative but I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to someone else going forward.

Don’t think we will be staying here again.

A Place at the Beach - Windy Hill

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, view of the ocean was awesome. We had trouble getting the keyless lock to work at first, but got that worked out. The unit was comfortable but I needed to clean it to meet my standards. Easy to get to the beach which was beautiful. Pool was nice, chairs were getting old.

Next to beach, beach view from condo, balcony with patio but furniture on patio not as pictured and not in great shape. Still enjoyed stay and the ocean view. Check in and out easy.

Main shower door missing, a sofa would certainly be better than the chair. Also the balcony chairs and table are unsafe since the are leaving debry all over the floor.

Not exactly what we expected

Newly Renovated-hardly……..The internet was basically non existent despite asking the property manager to take action. It was freezing cold and standing out in the rain to get service in the parking lot was not as expected. The hallway contained the kitchen, yes the kitchen; Cockroaches in bathrooms. TV frightful; So much dust on the bottom side of one chair; chair cushions dirty; balcony the size of postage stamp and not suitable for 4 guests; no beach towels; master bedroom closet filled to overflowing with mops, brooms, pails, flip flops and goodness knows what else! Oh yes and the online advert showed a washer and dryer but did not mention there was one washer and dryer on floors 1/3/5 and not physically within the unit!

Smaller than the photos indicate

Great location, and a decent condo, but a bit worn and rundown. Probably could use a bit more "renovation." Nice pool and hot tub, and a short walk to beach. Close to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants nearby. Great view from deck overlooking pool area and beach. The description says "Newly renovated", but I would say the renovation needs to be competed.

Windy Hill Atea

We loved the location and the condo amenities. The kitchen cookware was limited and needs to be updated. The floor was not cleaned properly. We had good weather and a good time overall.
