Great Stay

This place was fantastic! Finding somewhere with 4 bedrooms and 4 individual bathrooms was amazing for each couple who was staying. Each person was raving about how absolutely comfortable the mattresses were! All around great place to stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

fantastic place!!!

had my bachelor party stay we were all impressed with how clean the place was and how conformable the beds were. the water pressure was very impressive and the back patio was an awsome place to juat go hang out. the walls must be sound proof or something because you cant hear anything out of anyone else staying there ubers were about 10$ to get to down town

Clean!!

The condo was very clean! Well kept and everything was updated and nice! Plenty rooms and bathrooms. Also, all kitchen appliances were like new! Everything was excellent! Would definitely stay again!

Concert trip

Lovely condo. Close to venue and downtown. Tons of HOT water and great water pressure. Beds slept wonderfully. Fully equipped kitchen had every thing we needed! Great host!!

Enjoyable stay

Came for a baseball game and found this place convenient to everything else we did. Quiet area. It was a little difficult to find but we made it. Thought there were going to be a king size, Queen, and 2 double beds but all queens. It still worked. Beautiful place. Everyone really liked it and cleanliness was the biggest issue for us. Not disappointed. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

This property is very well maintained and has two other properties connected if you needed a bigger group to stay. There was one other group staying next door, but it was quiet enough we never even heard them. It has all the pans and pots you will need if you’re wanting to cook. Only downside is it’s about 1-1/2 miles from Broadway so you will have to Uber there and back most likely. But each time was only between $5-$13 dollars. So was not bad at all. It’s a great place to stay!!!

Nashville Trip

We stay at VRBO / AIR B&B'S often. This facility without question was one of the best for our group we have ever had. 8 of us. The condo was clean, uncluttered, full of simple amenities that made since and the owner was awesome on communications. The rooms (4) of the all had their own bath and there was a 1/2 bath on the main floor for all to use. Kitchen was well equipped and each room had a ceiling fan, closet and very comfortable space. I do not often spend this much time but if you have a group or larger family outing...we highly recommend this unit. Here are a couple of other key notes; 1) there is one room on the main floor so anyone with climbing stairs issue has it to use 2) the front door is keyless and it also has an alarm to use if you wish 3) there is security there on the weekend but we were not sure why. Felt perfectly safe even with many guest on the property 4) the location was actually quite good and ride shares easy to get both directions Awesome place!

Nashville stay

We enjoyed the condo, it suited the four couples well with bedrooms. There is not a lot of living space, although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. The bathrooms need towel bars or hooks. When we arrived the was one broken dining chair.

Thanksgiving 2021

Excellent property fairly close to all the attractions. The 2 properties worked well for 15 people. The only drawback being not a lot of room to all be together in one place. The area is a little sketchy but we had no issues. It would be nice to have larger hot water heaters though. If you were the 3rd or 4th shower in a row it was cold. Overall nice place.

Nashville Stay rated 5 stars

The property was very comfortable for 4 adult couples. The only concern we had was that the chairs to the dining set were very unstable. Should be replaced before someone gets hurt. Also suggest that a self with a towel bar could be installed over the toilet in each bathroom. Otherwise we were all very pleased with the accommodations and the people we encountered.
