This house was perfect for our family and my in-laws. The beds were cozy and there were plenty of nice linens. We loved the well equipped kitchen. We walked to breakfast and restaurants just two blocks away on 12 South--perfect because parking for that area can get crazy. We loved it and would def recommend! We had a couple of questions during our stay, and Amanda was very quick to reply!

Heart of 12 South

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and well appointed - exactly as the listing. Great location and easily walkable to 12 South shopping and dining district. Highly recommend!

Celebrating our 70th

It was a lovely property, very clean and up to date. The location is fantastic, just blocks from shopping, neighborhood restaurants and easy access to downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Five long time friends celebrating our 70th.

Perfect!

Highly recommend the Songwriter’s Den if you are coming for a visit to Nashville! It was the perfect location - 10mins uber from the hustle & bustle of Broadway and 10min walk to 12th South (which ended up being a surprise highlight of ours!!) Great communication from the host Amanda - would definitely stay there again :)

Loved the house and the location 12 South was the place to be during the day. Wives loved shopping and men went to.Hermitage for a history lesson Downtown close by and partied like it was 1999

Beautiful home, amazing location

Loved this house. We had a group of 7 friends and everyone was comfortable and accommodated. Furnishings were thoughtful and everything looked amazing. The location was PERFECT. We felt at home.

Perfect home for our family!

We came to Nashville to look at schools and visit Grand Ole Opry. We love the neighborhood here! The home is beautiful with every need being met. Amanda is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this home.

A Cozy Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Amanda’s home was so great! If you’re looking to stay with in a quick ride to Broadway but want some of the quiet and charm of a neighborhood look no further than this home in 12 South. The bedrooms and sleeper couch were wonderful and the open floor plan first floor living area and kitchen help facilitate only the greatest of vibes.

Updated and comfortable in a fun neighborhood!

We stayed in this property for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it! We had plenty of room for 4 adult couples. The house is updated and contained all the modern amenities we expected. It's located on a quiet street but is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and just a 10-15 minute car ride to downtown.

Great home in a great and safe area

The house was super clean. Amanda was very accommodating and responsive. The house is in walking distance to 12 South and a short distance to the Gulch and downtown and many other great areas. This is a safe neighborhood as well.

Perfect House for Belmont Graduation Weekend

Spacious house in 12 South neighborhood. Very convenient to graduation events. Walkable to restaurants, shops, donuts, park. Great neighborhood for walks and runs. Husband says may be most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in. Very quiet for sleeping. Relaxing outdoor spaces. Owner/host Amanda easy to communicate with and accommodating.

A bunch of us high school friends stayed in this beautiful home for 3 days. We spent hours on the deck and in the living room chatting and laughing, we had a great time catching up. Location: The home is just a quick Uber away from DT so we were able to do fun things in DT as well. We also spent an entire morning chasing after murals in 12S, got some great clicks there. 12th Ave is a quaint shopping area, lots of coffee/donut shops and several murals!! We picked up essentials at the Publix near by. Felt very safe too.Home : All bedrooms are upstairs, the master bedroom is huge and the en-suite bathroom is solid and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom so it was very convenient and comfortable- the only issue we had was that the latch on the sliding door of two bathrooms did not lock. Also the smoke detector (or some device) was out of battery so it kept beeping all day long. Amanda was quick to respond to questions and ready with solutions, we really appreciated that. Thank you!

Nashville Songwriting Trip

We had a great week at this property! Very spacious and well outfitted. We enjoyed the front porch and back deck every day as well. Loved the neighborhood of historic and beautifully maintained homes--great for walks. The wonderful shops and restaurants of 12 South are so close as well. The "Songwriter's Den" was fun and inspiring as that was the purpose of the visit! A peaceful and relaxed location with convenient access to Broadway--even though we'd rented a car it was easy to Uber there. We didn't see an area we liked better and would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

Girlfriends had a wonderful stay at this home, so clean, so nicely decorated, very classy place! Lots of space to relax in. We used the 3 upstairs bedrooms and everyone of us commented on how comfy the beds were. The location was perfect for us. Walked to 12th Ave every day to enjoy shopping , eating, and drinks. Amanda was so easy and quick to communicate with. Book this place if you have the opportunity!

Songwriters house was awesome!

This house and owner were great! Super clean with all of the amenities to cook and live in the house...or... just a short few blocks to 12 South's quaint downtown with ton's of restaurants and stores to shop! The house has a room where award winning songwriters have written quotes on the walls. It was a great conversational piece when our friends came over to visit. We had an up-and-coming songwriter play a short set for us on Saturday night! I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again! Thank you Amanda for being a great host!!

Beautiful house and Great location

Three couples stayed here for a wedding weekend. The house is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Walks around the neighborhood were fun as well. The house is close to other areas of nashville - nothing seemed far away! It was clean, the master bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! The kitchen had all we needed - and more since we only ate breakfast there. We would definitely stay here again! Be warned - Five Daughters bakery is just down the street :)

Great location, cute place

Overall, a great stay for our needs. A few things we were disappointed by: 1. Master shower slow to drain- 2. Dryer handle did not exist, sharp metal edge to the holes etc. 3. Wifi was weak in areas of the house

We have a room with authentic signatures of some of the biggest songwriter's in music!, all who have stayed at our home! How cool is that?! In addition, we purchased and built this home so we had a place to retreat to when we traveled to Nashville. We wanted an open space full of sunlight we could hosts family at and walk home to after a night out on 12th avenue with friends. The neighborhood is full of beautiful old homes blended with new ones like our own and everything we need is within walking distance. From a farmer's market, a myriad of restaurants and bars, to a yoga studio, we have it all.

Our home is within walking distance to several dining establishments, boutiques and even a farmer's market! It is filled with plenty of natural lighting and has the perfect open floor plan for gatherings. Our home includes state of the art appliances, fireplace, 3 full luxury bathrooms and a great back patio for grilling that includes a patio heater for the winter days!
