Completely updated 2 story home on Eden Isle has everything you need for a large or multiple family gathering. Fantastic Game Room / Den on lower level has wet bar with ice machine, pool table, arcade games and plenty of seating. Lower level has a bunk room (6 T), 2 full bathrooms, 2 futons and a large sectional. Upper level has 3 bedrooms (K,Q,Q), 2 full baths, large den, stocked kitchen, 2 dining areas (14), covered patio and a fire pit area. Property backs up to the golf course with lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around.

It has everything you need.

Everything is stocked, even had an extra fridge downstairs which was very helpful. We loved the back porch and firepit and the large natural rocks. Very comfortable house with enough space to break up into smaller groups for conversations.

“Boogity Boogity”/ Family Reunion

We booked this wonderful home for a family reunion lake trip with 14 family members taking in age from 7-62 from NW AR, Central AR and Nashville, TN — good central location. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own personal space (with room for more if needed). There were three necular families and the 4 bathrooms were more than we needed. Towels, linens, kitchen tools, tvs, a/c, hot water, all plentiful and up to date. Two lg dining areas. Kitchen table nice and large enough for a 1000 piece weekend puzzle. The two refrigerators and two ice makers were well utilized. The outdoor seating areas were used for quiet morning conversations and coffee sipping. The two large living spaces were great to separate the youth from the adults in our group — other wise collectively we are a loud bunch. The other half of our family owns another house on Eden Island. Having the golf cart accessible to commute to house #2 was very nice. This morning as we packed, one of our young adults was giving ping pong lessons to the 7 yr old. Love the gameroom area. Lots of opportunities to connect and make memories. We are not golfers, but the home backs up to the course for a nice view. The setting of Eden Island is beautiful and clean. It is quite and a great retreat. We are glad that we booked this beautiful home.

Great place on golf course

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well stocked. Very tastefully decorated. Lots of room to spread out with many beds for our group of 12. We enjoyed time spent around the fire pit and grilling out back with a good football game on. Right on the golf course so very handy for our Saturday round. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Family weekend

The house is in a great location with access to the lake and Red Apple Inn. Golf cart access made transportation to activities and dinner on Eden Isle so fun. Not just the kids, but everyone enjoyed the game room, ping pong, and fire pit.

Gorgeous Golf course community

This home was luxurious- I love staying in homes that are not only more lovely than advertised, but are thoughtfully furnished with quality lines and kitchen items- heavy duty cookware, dishes, quality towels and sheets. The neighborhood was stunning with a gorgeous golf course, club and scenic walkways everywhere. The host was communicative, helpful and friendly. We were so happy with this rental!

Wedding family reunion

Wonderful 3 weeks stay on Eden Isle for our wedding. Very peaceful and gorgeous environment. We do recommend fall in Arkansas. The house is amazing, huge and super well equipped for large families. Our family from France had the best time here.

Pics don’t do it justice

This place is absolutely amazing, our family loved it. There is plenty of space to spread out and very comfortable to hang out and visit. I love to cook and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining our large family! The rock formations in the back are incredible and one of the many reason I love this state! We had elderly and small children and the stairs where fine for us. The property owner, Jon, was above and beyond, seriously the best customer service I’ve ever experienced for a VRBO. He even left us a baby gate for my niece. We will absolutely be renting this place again! Six Stars!!! Thanks again.

Everything was great! Kids loved the pool and arcade. Taking golf cart ride around the neighborhood at night was a highlight. Communication was easy and helpful. Great experience!

Weekend with friends and family

This house is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great space for kids with pool table and basketball game. Owner is very accommodating!

Perfect family holiday

This home provided the best Xmas we have had w/ the Grands and our kids. Every detail inside was thoughtful and the best. Family games inside and out. Including our own golf cart. We ended each night around the fire pit and enjoyed every minute!! Thank you to Paul for being available for questions. We thoroughly loved our stay!!

Our Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time over a 4-night / 3-day Thanksgiving holiday. Played lots of golf, ping pong and other games and watched a lot of football and basketball. This property was perfect for our group. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms and 2 large family room areas with large TV's and sectional sofas & chairs to accommodate our entire group. Would definitely visit this property again in the future should the occasion arise.
