This house was absolutely perfect for our family get-together! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the entire space felt so comfortable and clean. We especially loved the pool and outdoor grill area. The thoughtful amenities like the ice machine, a coffee bar, and beach towels in every bedroom really made our stay special. Plus, having all the movie options like Netflix and Hulu was a huge bonus. Our pets had a blast too—the back area was ideal for them to run and play safely. Special thank you to the hosts!

Great house and patio area- enjoyed being so close to Lindsay’s rainbow resort, within walking distance to fishing and the restaurante but secluded pool area and house was a nice retreat. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful stay!

This place was great! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and most of all, great outdoor space including pool and hot tub! Maybe the best stocked rental home I’ve ever stayed in, saved us lots of money on the basics supplies. 💖💖

Everything we could want

Our stay was so enjoyable! Our grandkids loved the heated pool and play area. The outdoor kitchen was awesome! The attention to detail by the home owner was fantastic.

Beautiful home with amazing outdoor area

Great outdoor seating for any season. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Great coffee station too. All rooms were so nicely decorated. We loved our time here.

Family trip

We all loved our stay. We all loved the pool and the area was very nice, would recommend for a family vacation. We went on several hikes around the area and enjoyed the waterfalls and pretty creeks. Sara was very nice and helped with any questions. Thank you for sharing your home!

Family vacation

We had the most wonderful time . The property was beautiful and so relaxing . The pool and the hot tub were such an added a benefit . There was plenty of room for everyone . The owner was so easy and pleasant to deal with . We will definitely be back ! This has got to be one of the best places in the area to stay

Amazing Property

The home was fabulous! It had everything we needed and then some. We saw deer in the back lot every morning and afternoon. Sara was a fabulous host! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation Rental for families

Our family stayed over Memorial Weekend and fell in love with this property. From the spacious patio with all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, grill area) from the safety features like the fenced in pool area this was perfect for our family with littles. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and items we didn’t even think about until we needed them! The owner was extremely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be booking again.

When we saw this beautiful property we fell in love with it, as have my guests after visiting. I live and work in Cabot and am unable to move to Heber Springs full-time. We rent it out so that we can share this wonderful home with others.
