We loved our stay here so much that we extended our trip another day. The host was very accommodating and everything was so clean. Our kids loved taking the bikes down to the beach and the golf cart was great to load up all our beach gear on.

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Moment. The location to the beach was great and an easy walk. There were 2 public beach accesses with parking at the end of the road. The house was great for 3 couples and plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. We loved having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house next door is currently under construction had a little noise from that but that is temporary. Would definitely stay here again. Very pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Communication with the company was great and they responded quickly.

Thank you for the lovely review. We're glad Seas The Moment's easy walk to the beach, clean rooms, and spacious layout worked well for your group. It's great the pool and fenced yard made relaxing after the beach easy, and that our team responded quickly. Sorry about the temporary construction next door — glad it didn’t overshadow your stay. Please come back to visit anytime!

Cozy house and convenient location

The house is very cute and had everything we needed. My favorite spot was the screened in front porch for coffee in the mornings. Having the pool with poolside half bath was great as well! Pool is not as big as it appears in pics but plenty big enough for what we needed. Easy and close access to the beach and also pet friendly was a plus.highly recommend you eat at The Surfing Deer and Old Florida Fishhouse!

The house is perfectly situated for our 2 families and a straight short walk or bike to the beach. Huge front porch for morning coffee and a good sized pool with plenty of privacy. We will be back....

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We loved our extended stay at Seas The Moment. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Even in the winter, we enjoyed the multiple covered (and one screened) outdoor seating areas. The pool area is sunny and peaceful. And, the street is in the perfect location! Quick and easy trip via walk, bike or cart to the public beach, grocery store and Seaside. Kismet was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again.

Getaway 30A

The house is always amazing! Not our first time at Seas the Moment. We plan our vacation on availability of this house. Quiet and peaceful without the beach traffic. Close enough to the beach for easy access. The hosts are always great! See ya next time.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for our crew and we loved the location! We rented bikes and a golf cart and got in our car one time the whole week! Easy walk to the beach! Loved having the pool in the back yard! Close to Publix, Cafe 30A, Seaside, all of our 30A favorites! Host was extremely responsive and helpful! Thank you!

Great place - ignore the 1 star review :)

House was perfect for two families of 4. Plenty of space to be together when that's the preference, and plenty of space for separate time when needed. I regret not bringing/renting bikes. The public beach parking typically fills up if you're not there/set up by 8:30-9, but could be walked to depending on age ranges.

Family of 5 + Dog

We had a great week relaxing at Seas The Moment and would stay there again. Other than ongoing construction on the street, everything was quite enjoyable. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the grill on a couple of occasions. The proximity to beach (.25 mile) was solid and made for a nice walk or quick bike ride. I would say the greatest asset of this house is the pool, having a private pool was a first for us on 30A and made for nice morning and evening swims. All in all great house. Will continue using Kismet Properties as our go to 30A lodging.

Seas the Moment 310 San Juan Ave. Santa Rosa Beach Fl

Great house located in a quite neighborhood with a private pool!! Also this property is dog friendly!! Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay perfect. 1.) upstairs shower need some tender loving care to clean up some mold issues. 2.) Would recommend owners providing beach chairs as the beach is a bit of a walk from the house. We did rent beach chairs at the beach which was helpful! 3.) Wold recommend owners provide bikes as this would be helpful going to the beach! All in all this is a great property and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Greyton Beach Fl. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!! Ron H Sept 30, 2023

Great Home in a Perfect Location

We go down to 30A at least once a year and have to say that Seas the Moment is one of the best houses we have stayed at. It was perfect for our family and loved having the option of the private heated pool. It really came in handy with the water being a little too Chilly to swim at the end of March. Chris with property management was great and was super quick to answer any questions I had. My only criticism is that it is not really decorated for families with young childeren. If you have toddlers I recommend sending an adult inside right when you get there to pick up all the fragile decor pieces and move them to an out of reach place.

Beautiful property with a lovely front screened porch!

This vacation home was awesome and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was large and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets. The house even included a golf cart and bikes which makes this property a better option than others nearby. We were grateful that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available at the home since we flew to Florida and could not pack these items. There is plenty of seating inside and outside the home on the front porch and around the pool. The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax. We used the pool several times and went to the beach daily, which is right at the end of the street. A huge plus for our girls trip was having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy the beach and Seas The Moment.

We had a peaceful and wonderful time at Seas the Moment

Seas the Moment is a home of wonder, offering a vacation of peace. Our seven-day stay was an absolute dream from beginning to end, exceeding every expectation we had. This was more than just a vacation; it was a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. The combination of exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and top-notch amenities made for a truly unforgettable week. The overall experience: A perfect escape Every aspect of our stay felt well-thought-out and seamless. The convenient location made exploring the area a breeze, but honestly, we were so content that we could have spent the entire week happily on the property. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, already looking forward to our return. The beach and restaurants are conveniently within walking distance or a short drive. Final thoughts We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a truly special and relaxing getaway. Thank you for an incredible week of memories. We will definitely be back!

Definitely Seas The Moment!

Visited in late January. It's a lovely, spacious and well appointed home in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, bars and the paved Timpoochee trail that runs the length of 30A. Perfect for families or low key friend trips. You'll have everything you need including a private pool and a wonderful screened porch for relaxing with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Rent a bike or golf cart to round out your stay. We've been coming to this area for years and this is THE BEST home and location! Close to Seaside. Chris with Kismet is very responsive. Thank you for sharing this jewel!

Hello "Anonymous" Thanks for your review. We always appreciate feedback, but we feel strongly that this review is disingenuous. You reported the dirty floors the morning after you checked in. In that report you were threatening, incoherent, and demanding compensation from first contact. We take guest concerns very seriously, so we sent a cleaning crew, along with a housekeeping manager to the house shortly after your initial complaint. When they arrived, they found the house a mess, with food, beer bottles and trash scattered throughout the living space. Our team thoroughly cleaned the home again, but did not find any of the dog hair that you reported. Later that day you contacted us and claimed that the towels that we provided were “worn and not fresh enough” even though they were brand new and never used before your group arrived. You became more and more challenging and belligerent as our communication continued- you kept demanding significant compensation for issues that simply did not exist. We do not take guest experience or home cleanliness lightly. We average well over 4.5 Star cleanliness reviews across all platforms for our entire rental portfolio. We also consider every cleanliness complaint to be significant- we will always do what we can to make the situation right for our guest. This was evident by us sending a cleaning crew + manager to the home just hours after your complaint. However, it became abundantly clear that your motives were never about comfort or sanitation, rather they were financially driven from the beginning.
