Stunning new contemporary home in the heart of eclectic West Asheville with all the bells and whistles. Fully-equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen with Samsung/Cuisinart appliances and Cephalon cookware. Generous deck off the kitchen for that quiet morning cup of coffee. A luxurious master suite with king bed, rainfall shower in the bath, smart TV, and plenty of storage. Second bedroom with king bed and second full bath upstairs. Office space and media room (also with smart TV) double as sleeping areas with fold down sofas. Full size washer and dryer. Upstairs bar area opens onto a spacious treetop level deck perfect for evening cocktails after a busy day seeing the sites in Asheville. Bring out the smart speaker for your favorite tunes or sporting events. Wireless internet throughout. Plush towels, specially selected toiletries and comfy robes and slippers round out a truly pleasurable stay.

Full-time property manager onsite (as required by Asheville homestay rules). He resides in a completely separate apartment on the lower level but invisible unless you need him for contingencies.

We loved the location, the waterfall shower and the thoughtful gift bags with bathroom supplies. Thank you for the Biltmore Wine and snacks! Everything was clean and cozy and we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Took a minute to find the lockbox (was expecting to be on a door); but everything was good after that. The home was lovely and convenient to all areas we wanted to visit. The welcome basket was unexpected and appreciated.The only drawbacks were a very moldy/mildrew main floor shower and the outdoor cushions never got dry after the first two days of rain.Looking forward to staying there again sometime in the future.

Great value

The home is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. As others have said, the mattresses are in great condition. They have snacks available and even a bottle of Biltmore wine. Next time we are in Asheville we will stay here. It is convenient to downtown and Biltmore Estate.

Simply Divine worked great for our short visit to Asheville, and is conveniently located to the places we wanted to see. Many nice touches, like snacks, a bottle of wine and body care products.

Simply divine

Very clean, cute, nicely re- modeled two bedroom house with a large downstairs den and two dens upstairs. Well located in west Asheville, in a quiet but somewhat unkempt but apparently very safe neighborhood. Outdoor porches upstairs and downstairs. Easy access to all parts of Asheville and nearby hiking trails. The owner was very easy to contact if needed.

Our family loved this home- so clean, bright, well-decorated and fully functional. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfy (we appreciated the extra linens!), great showers... so many thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay great. We would definitely return!

Such a great space with privacy and high-quality amenities!

Stayed here for a graduation weekend for my sister at UNCA. This is such a cute, and extremely well-built, house with so much space! Kitchen and outdoor patios were gorgeous and among the best I've seen in a vrbo rental in AVL. It was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were SO comfortable, and appreciative that both were king beds. Plenty of extra rooms upstairs for us to get ready in and had a mirror in every room! Thank you James for the fantastic basket of snacks and literally dozens of tourism brochures. Parking situation is a little tight, definitely no more than 2 cars can fit here as it's located on a narrow alleyway. Otherwise, it was close to everything and we loved it!!!

Sparkling Clean with Great Attention to Detail

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see in do in Asheville. The rooms were extremely clean and the kitchen was outfitted with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the nice bottle of wine and snacks left by the host. What a nice touch. The 3-ring binder with basic info was helpful. While the door was tricky to lock and unlock, if you read the host's notes posted by the door and followed directions, you'd have no problems. Small details like toiletry kits, special washcloths for make-up removal and tissue boxes were very much appreciated. There is even a first aid kit. This host really tries to think of every detail and make your stay a comfortable one. We would highly recommend these accommodations!

Convenient and quiet

The house is bright, modern and very comfortable with more space than we expected. Cooking was easy in the well equipped kitchen. The first time driving to the house, we worried about how it would be to get around, but downtown and Biltmore are about 10 minutes away. The dead end street is very quiet, making the outdoor spaces very enjoyable to use.

Warm and welcoming place in Asheville!

This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend! We were there for a weekend wedding and everything was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly want and very nicely done. I am especially grateful to the host who went out of the way to mail back to me some belongings I had left behind. They had no great value, but they were of great value to me and were kindly returned! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Family vacation

Came to Ashville with my kids for a spring break getaway. Enjoyed the location and space of the house. Pros: beds comfy, washing machine, plenty of coffee and detergent. We enjoyed the outside porches and walkability to the rabbit hole for coffee. Cons: soap/shampoo they provided wasn't great, some less clean areas like by the dishwasher. Could use some wash clothes for kitchen. There is an apartment below the house which made us aware of needing to be somewhat more quiet.

Absolutely delightful!

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. Gorgeously decorated, comfortable beds, and a perfect location to take day trips to explore all of the surrounding beauty. The walkable downtown area is just minutes drive away. Highly recommended staying here.
