Villa Stefie is a recent quality property, located in a quiet residential area. Classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, it offers a magnificent stay with its beautiful salt water swimming pool and its view of the mountains and the sea.

Very well equipped and maintained, this villa has a modern kitchen with many amenities: filter coffee maker and Nespresso, as well as a blender to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning! It is open to the dining room and the living room. A large sliding bay window allows you to access the terrace where you can have your meals, enjoy an aperitif or simply rest in the small living room.
Just a stone's throw away, you can take a dip in the pool or relax on a sun lounger.

Regarding the bedrooms, the villa includes a master suite with a 160 bed, a wardrobe, a modern shower room and a separate toilet. Then you will find two more bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds that can be made into a 180 bed on request. Both of these bedrooms have access to another modern shower room and a separate toilet.

The villa also has a laundry room with a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are at your disposal.

This villa offers all the necessary equipment and comfort for a pleasant stay. On request, we can provide you with a travel cot with mattress and mosquito net as well as a high chair for baby.

Within a few minutes' drive you will find food shops, a bakery, a pharmacy and restaurants. In addition, within a 10-minute walk of the villa, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, scuba diving, snorkelling, as well as excursions to observe cetaceans or go jet skiing. You can also immerse yourself in the rainforest by practicing canyoning and hiking.
