Welcome to Pink Orchid at the shore! 510 sq.ft. comfortable, looking directly south on Atlantic Avenue. 3rd floor end unit, (stairs only) 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, central air, Roku smart tv, wifi, heated pool, assigned covered parking, one short block to beautiful free beach and Rambler Park. Bedroom carpeting 2022. Twin bunks/mattresses (2023); queen bed (2023), refrigerator/kitchen cabinets painted (2025). Kitchen table seats four. Laundry facility (coin-operated) on ground floor. 2nd floor sun deck lounges/tables. Kitchen amenities include Keurig and larger 12-cup pot, air fryer, toaster oven, cooktop, microwave and necessary cooking items and utensils. 2 chairs outside door for use. Professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay.

Please bring queen/twin bed sheets/ bath towels (unit has towels, but must be laundered prior to your departure).

Valid driver license must be presented prior to stay/HOA rules followed.

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, quiet, family friendly, and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfy and it was just enough space for my husband and I and our 2 young kids (5 years old and 2 years old). The neighbors in the other units were so friendly and welcoming. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kiddie section of it was super convenient. Thanks for having us and we hope stay here again some day!

Great beach getaway!

Stayed for an extended weekend while attending the Beach Blast soccer tournament. Close and convenient to everything, and 2 blocks from the beach! Pool was great to cool off between matches.A little tight if your kids are rambunctious, but we knew that going in and made it work. Covered parking spot was a plus in the scorching sun!

Great spot!

We loved it, comfortable and close to the beach, smaller but worked well for 2 kids/2 adults, great pool for the kiddos, easy and enjoyable week in the Crest. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay at the beach!

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Fantastic beach just a block away, and restaurants and the boardwalk within an easy drive. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family!

Pros: the place VERY clean, air conditioning works very well and is a central system so it's quiet, the beds are very comfy, the pool is great, very close to the beach, covered parking, host is very nice and easy to work with, the beach isn't ever crowded, lots of space (for 4 people), fast wifi, comfy couches, kitchen had everything we needed, the TV is great, my kids loved this place. This is a PERFECT place for a family, we loved this place a lot more than many other places we have stayed. We plan to return for the foreseeable future. The only minor Con: the kitchen counter space is kind of small

Great Beach Access

Great property for easy access to the beach and local parks where there are plenty of events and amenities to enjoy. Parking was covered and made for easy in and out access to the property.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely stay here again when I visit wildwood. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a nice park. The property owner was super helpful. There is even a parking spot and a pool.

Nice and quiet location

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the condo. It was very cozy and friendly neighbors. We had no problems and would stay at the location again.

Great top-level, end unit condo, with covered parking! Close to beach, playground, splash pad, and bike rental is ideal toddlers and younger kids.

Clean and Convenient

This property was well-maintained and clean. It was very close to the beach with convenient, under cover parking. The children enjoyed the board games there for families. The pool was nice.

Absolutely perfect rental

We had a fantastic stay. Christine has the unit completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance of the beach and 5 minutes from boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

Clean Cozy and Quiet

Great location, just a block off the lower end of the Wildwood Crest Bike path that connects to the southern end of the boardwalk. We took our bikes and had nice 7 mile (round trip) rides each morning with the kids. Condo was clean and had all the essentials we needed to cook meals. On site pool was great and other tenants & guests were kind and friendly. Perfect for a family vacation!

2 bedroom 1 block from beach

Had such a lovely stay. Short walk to the beach. Pool at the apartment was great to relax and cool off. Love having the 2 bedrooms. Short drive to Cape May or to the boardwalk. Had the opportunity to meet other owners in the Apartment complex, such a lovely community. Definitely recommend.

Great little place near the beach

The place was just like the listing. Small, but that's all we needed for the week. Nice living room and kitchenette, bedrooms were nice and clean. Nice seating outside on balcony area. Short walk to the beach about 2 blocks away. House is pretty well located and central to drive to a lot of restaurants and shops. Short easy 20 minute drive to Cape May. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Christine, the owner was easy to contact and answered all of our questions quickly. Her unit was very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. It's a great location to the beach. Just 2 short blocks. I highly recommend staying in her condo. We hope to be able to rent again. Thanks!

Great Location

The place was perfect. Had all the amenities you need. Bring extra hand towels for drying your dishes but other than that everything was great. Short walk to the beach and the pool on property is perfect. The locals are really nice and the drive to the boardwalk was easy. We stayed for a week and it was almost not enough, still didn’t get to see/do everything. Such a great family friendly spot. And Catherine was great she checking in on us in the middle of our stay to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation

This was our second year staying at this condo and it didn't disappoint. It's clean, cozy, and perfect for our family of three. Christine is also a pleasure and there for you if you need anything. The beach is in walking distance, a playground is around the corner, and you are steps from the pool. This place has everything you need and more. We have had two fantastic vacations staying here and we are already booked for next year. We can't wait for 2024 :)

Great week in Wildwood Crest!

Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Upon arrival the unit was clean, and everything listed was accurate. The unit was close to the beach, bike rentals and a family friendly park. A restaurant serving breakfast and lunch is around the corner too! The host Christine was great to work with and responded to all my questions. The pool was clean and maintained everyday. It is a cute little community. The unit owners that were onsite were very friendly, and lots of little pups to great with. Overall we had a great week!

Fun weekend

We came for a fun weekend down the shore. 3 adults and one child. The condo is small but cozy and worked perfect for our weekend away. Nice and clean, had all the necessities we needed. Close to the beach but also has a pool. Everyone in the condo was so nice. Be mindful it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator (our only negative) we were a group of woman so carrying all our stuff up and down was not fun! But aside from that perfect weekend spot with comfy beds and couches!

Stay in the Crest

My family and I stayed at Christine’s place for 4 nights. The inside of the condo was clean. The pictures accurately reflect the inside of the home. The kitchen had adequate silverware, plates and glasses but could use tongs. Unfortunately, we were deceived by the pictures with the outdoor area. We were under the impression that we would have a private balcony bc the balcony was circled in the picture but it is actually a shared space with the rest of the 3rd floor. The outdoor chairs are directly outside of the neighbors condo and there was no privacy when the neighbors had the windows and blinds open. Lastly, we were accused of breaking the blinds but, my husband, 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 year old did not open the blinds. Beware that the host charged us 60 additional dollars to cover the cost of a blind.

This is a lovely, 20-unit complex, generally quiet and well-maintained by owners who take pride. This is not the rental if you're looking to party loudly; families and those with children most enjoy it here. Its location right on Atlantic Avenue provides easy access to everything. Walking distance to breakfast spots, bike rental, park, church and of course, the beach. Strict adherence to the 4-person max rule in my unit; terms of agreement must be followed or you will be asked to leave.
