Seapointe Village Wildwood Crest / Diamond Beach

2 Bed 2 Bath
One of the nicest beachfront complexes on the East Coast. Located in highly desired, family friendly Centre Court building. Recently renovated 1 master bedroom and 1 den (den is a bedroom with dresser with no closet), 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 5 (1 queen size bed, 1 full bed, and a queen size pull out sofa bed). Kitchen with cooking basics and new appliances. New washer and dryer in the condo. Central Air and ceiling fans. Private balcony. Linens and bath towels are supplied for your convenience, but they must be washed and dried prior to your departure. Beach towels and gear are not supplied. Come make memories with your family!

Features the following:
- Private beach.
- 4 large pools, including an indoor pool, an ocean front pool and a kid friendly pool with splash area, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. PLEASE NOTE: Only the IBIS pool is open year-round, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (temp set to 84 degrees F).
- Fitness center.
- Kids Playground.
- Beach chair, umbrella and boogie board rentals available.
- Tennis and Basketball Courts.
- Game room/Arcade.
- Large outdoor fire pit.
- BBQ Grilling areas.
- Internet / WiFi.
- Short walk to the beach.
- Gated complex with 24 hour security.
- Cable TV in living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom area.
- 5 amenity/beach badges are included with the rental.
-There is ice cream, mini golf, bike rental, pizza, a convenience store, liquor store, and high-end hotel bar/grill within walking distance. Historic Cape May (with some of the best restaurants at the shore) is a 10 minute drive and the Wildwood Boardwalk is also a 5-10 minute drive.
- Parking for one vehicle in the complex is included. For additional vehicles, there is on street parking just outside the village.
-No Smoking.
-No Pets.
-No additional overnight Guests.
-Guest must abide by Seapointe Village Association Rules and Regulations.
-Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates vary throughout the season, so contact me for an accurate quote for you rental.
-Seven-Night Minimum Stay is required from Mid-June through Labor Day - Saturday to Saturday. Email for rates for your dates.
-All rentals have an additional $105 cleaning.
-Saturday to Saturday rentals In-Season: check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
-ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A SIGNED LEASE and picture of Drivers License.

The unit was beautiful and the location was perfect. My only comment is that sheets and towels must be washed and dried and put away before u leave so we brought our own. Would definitely rebook again for next year.

We had a great stay! The Seapointe Village resort area is very well kept and clean with lots of amenities. Great pools and very convenient to walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for our small family and communication was easy and clear instructions to find everything we needed. Love that linens were available for us there to use. Highly recommended for families with young kiddos!

We loved & used the balcony (small, room for 3 adults), pools, pickle ball courts, hot tubs, bocci ball court, firepit & walked the wildlife refuge next to the property several mornings. The condo & amenities are well maintained, clean & plenty of storage & wall hooks are provided. The mattresses, furniture & pillows are comfortable. Matt was very responsive to pre arrival questions & provided all the relevant info needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful very resort like property. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It was spotless! I loved that it was gated and security was on the property. The condo was very well maintained and clean. It was large enough for 4 adults to be very comfortable.

The apartment was exactly as described, with all the necessary utilities to make the stay really enjoyable, Just bring your food and away you go.The location is brilliant with pools, basketball, pickleball etc.. and a 6 minute walk from door to beach.Highly recommend

Great condo at Sea Pointe!

This condo was perfect! It was clean, nicely decorated and a great location at Sea Pointe! Just a few steps away to the main center court pool. The host was very responsive and great to deal with throughout the whole process. The condo was stocked with a lot of items that made it much easier to pack as well. Would recommend!

Vacation stay

This was our second year renting this unit hosted by Matt. The location was great for everything including the beach, Cape May, and the Wildwood boardwalk. Matt is very responsive and the condo was extremely clean.

Favorite vacation spot

We have stayed in the condo for a few years now. The condo is comfortable and clean. It has become a home away from home for us. The condo and the grounds of Seapointe are always immaculate. Matt is easy to work with and always responds quickly to our questions. Last year he went out of his way to work with us when the condo building had a water main repair that required water to be turned off for a day. We would highly recommend a stay. It's the perfect place for a family vacation.

Great stay

The room was great had everything that was needed. The facilities were fabulous, multiple pools, hot tubs, great common areas and fire pits plus private beach access! We loved our stay. Close to both Wildwood Boardwalk and Cape May. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for family vacation!

These condos are the best location in Wildwood! Clean and spacious with all the amenities. Loved that there was a coffee maker and toaster oven. And the ice-maker in the freezer was a wonderful bonus! Also other wonderful touches like games, books, and I noticed a basketball in the closet. Boardwalk and water parks are just a 5-10 min drive. Lots of local shops, restaurants and of course, easy access to the beach and several pools and hot tubs. We love the Beach Grill for breakfast, lunch and Italian ices! 2 minute walk to the coffee shop/ ice cream shop - evening ice cream is a must!! Condo was exactly as pictured and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!!!!
