Had a great summer at Denise’s place

We have really enjoyed our month-long stay at Denise’s place. It is very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood - also close to the city and the places we visited. Denise is a great host, and we would definitely recommend her place to anyone who is visiting the greater Boston area.

Great Boston-Area House

The property was comfortably furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. It was a great location for touring Boston.

The best baseball weekend

I was in town with friends for the weekend for some local baseball and to check out Boston. This property was great, it was everything advertised and more. The location was great as it was close to everything we needed.

Great host and property

This property and host were great. It truly is very spacious, incredibly clean and well stocked. It was the perfect distance from Boston for our group of 6 adults. We do plan to return to see more of the area and when we do, we certainly will stay here again. I HIGHLY recommend this host/property.

Great stay!

This property was wonderful for our family of six. There’s plenty of room with multiple areas to hang out in. The house/kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Denise was great with communication as well.

We visited Boston for College tours and wanted to stay outside of the city. The home is all that is advertised to be, and the location and neighborhood is perfectly situated to access all that Boston has to offer. Fantastic spot near Dedham Mass

My sister and my son and I had a great weekend up near Boston at this beautifully furnished colonial home. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. There was a snack basket and a bottle of sparkling cider waiting for us on arrival and the house was in a great location ñ. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you are in that area Best David Upson

Great base for Boston

Property is well maintained in a great neighborhood and very comfortable. Denise is a good host and easy to get hold of if needed. We used it as a base for exploring Boston. Usually took 20 minutes to get into the center of Boston. Good range of local restaurants and shops. Had a great break

Great Home In Pretty Neighborhood!

The house interior design and amenities are stunning. Denise is a great host! Everything you need for dinner at home. The back deck is a charming bonus in this lovely area. Morning runs in this neighborhood, close to the city, and perfect as well for all our college tours. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great home!

First time to Boston

This was our first trip to Boston and this house is immaculate and beautiful property. We were a party of four and plenty of room and always felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked, very comfy bedrooms and the details in every room suits up just perfect to renters. There is suggestions for places to eat and visit left there by the owner who is really helpful and answers questions quickly. Thanks Denise for having such a wonderful home.

Wonderful home in great location!

The house is very clean, has lots of space to spread out with multiple sitting areas and a nice back deck. Yard is mostly fenced but not fully. Nice personal touches and amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Denise is very accommodating and accessible. Very close to Blue Hills Reservation with swimming ponds and tons of hiking trails. Overall a very comfortable home!

2nd Time at this Wonderful House

There’s a reason why we rebooked this house on our way home from Boston last year and it’s because there is nowhere else we would rather stay during marathon weekend! Denise’s house is wonderful and she is a spectacular host. It really feels like a home away from home when you are here because there is everything you can possibly imagine. The home is spacious and inviting and there are little details like games for the kids and treats for the dog that take this over the top. We have already booked for year 3 next April. Thank you again for your hospitality, Denise! We love your home!

Home Base - Home Run!

We used this property as our home base while we house hunted in the south Boston area. We also gathered here with family for a birthday and Mother’s Day. It was a perfect space for us! Plenty of room for everyone, a big well-stocked kitchen, comfy bedrooms. The back deck has nice seating and a fire table and overlooks the grassy backyard. Denise was a responsive host and was lovely to work with. One big bonus for us was the finished basement room, which made a wonderful play space for our young dog. In other words, everyone was taken of very nicely!

Elegance and Elevated service at its BEST…

Words can not describe how gracious and generous my host was. Just extraordinary service at its BEST. This home is sheer ELEGANCE. The property is so well preserved and the energy of the home just made my children fall in love immediately. It was the first family getaway since Covid. It was a time for us to celebrate my birthday and just unwind. The attention to every detail is met with this home from the backyard oasis to the linens on the bed. Every detail is just magnificent. Perfection

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The house was immaculate and beautiful, the area safe and easy to get to, and the host was amazing. We traveled here as I was running the Boston Marathon and we needed enough space for our family of four, plus my brother and our dog. Denise’s house is spacious and extremely pet and child friendly. She was very quick to respond to messages with any questions I had and left a lovely welcome package and personalized note upon our arrival. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The house was amazing and the kitchen had everything you could think of or need including a Keurig! The master bedroom mattress was so heavenly that my husband already found it online for us to buy for home. We are hoping to be back next year and would definitely want to stay here again! Thank you Denise for making our Boston trip extra special!

Stop looking, because you have found your ideal rental!

My family and I had never been to the Boston area before and boy did we pick a beautiful property! Milton is a very safe majestic town. It is just minutes to Downtown Boston and there are numerous expressways not far from the property to take you wherever you may want to go. While we had fun exploring the area, it was so nice to come back to this beautiful home at night. My family of four had plenty of room to stretch out in this spacious home. We felt very safe and secure. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything you would need. It's vast size allowed us to move freely. The attention to detail in every room, completely catered to the needs any renter would ever have. It was wonderful to have a second floor laundry if you need to do clothes. The bedrooms are spacious, well appointed and have the most comfortable beds. The master bedroom is like a private sanctuary with vaulted ceiling’s and two skylights. If you like to sleep in a dark room, I would suggest bringing a sleep mask. Denise (the property manager) was extremely welcoming and very helpful. She left no stone unturned when making us feel like this was our home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Don't pass it up, you'll miss an amazing experience.

Spacious, clean, well-outfitted, and a wonderful owner!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting family in the area. We are picky and this house was great - lots of space, very clean, oodles of supplies in the kitchen, and super-easy check-in/check-out. From Iowa to Boston

The house was beautiful, spacious and very family friendly! It was in a good neighborhood. The owner left us a nice note and additional amenities, such as bathroom supplies, extra food and drinks, etc. She was also available to offer suggestions for places to eat, craft beer establishments to visit, etc. it truly was a hone away from home! Thanks for the great memories we made while visiting Boston!!
