No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or outside the property.
• $500 fine if discovered.

🎉 Events & Noise
No parties or large gatherings.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Please respect our neighbors.

👥 Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized overnight stays: $200 penalty per person, per night.

🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved before booking.
• Unauthorized pets: $300 fine per pet, per night + extra cleaning fee.

📦 Deliveries
We do not accept package/mail deliveries. Please use Amazon lockers, FedEx/UPS locations, or deliver directly to the door during your stay.

🧹 Cleanliness & Damage
Please keep the home tidy and treat it with respect.
• Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
• Missing/damaged items may incur replacement fees.

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-out: $100 per hour.

Free parking available on the property (driveway or designated spot).

Exterior security cameras monitor the property for safety.
• No cameras inside the home.
• Disabling or tampering with cameras will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.

Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements.
