Welcome to 19 West Beach Lagoon! This stunning home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (plus two half baths) and can sleep up to twenty guests total. It is located second row ocean in the exclusive Sea Pines enclave neighborhood of Beach Lagoon - this home is directly adjacent to a neighborhood beach path that will take you over a lagoon bridge and directly to the beach about 100 yards away from your pool! Your group will not be disappointed you rented this home - it is gorgeous!

This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two small to medium dogs maximum. If you would like to bring your dog, please reach out to us in advance to confirm and pay fee.

The outdoor pool area has everything you'd need - seating, outdoor shower, gas grill and even a half bath. A large screened in porch with outdoor dining is available. 19 West Beach Lagoon is the perfect island getaway home!

• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 24'x12' with a depth of 3 1/2 - 4 1/2' & is fenced in. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two small to medium dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Fabulous family vacay

Large family w young adult children, thanskgiving vacation. Was fantastic with a large home, plenty of room to spread out and relax. House was so well stocked w all kitchen utensils: dishes, silverware, Tupperware, serving bowls, cutting boards etc…one of the best we have ever rented ! Bedrooms were comfy and offered plenty of privacy, each w own bathroom. Very nice. And finally a quick walk to the beach made sunrise strolls very enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The house has a great layout - common areas in the middle with bedrooms spread on either side of the house as well as 3 king rooms side by side upstairs. Gives you space for privacy, but also plenty of room to gather. The screened in porch was so pleasant and the perfect place to sit and watch kids swim. The house was clean upon arrival, but the beds could use nicer pillows and linens, and the kitchen could use some extra cooking utensils. We found the best breakfast spot just 6 minutes away in Sea Pines - make sure to try Lowcountry Produce! We would definitely rent this house again.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

We spent the week of July 15-22 and the property exceded our expectations. Plenty of room for everyone, close to the beach and pet friendly. It was very clean and provided everything that we needed. We've been to Hilton Head many times and this was one of the best homes that we have rented. Not meant as negatives but just some thoughts for the future; add a few more dish cloths and dish towels to the kitchen, face cloths to the bathrooms, and an extra set of bedding for an air bed. You might check the fitted sheets in all of the bedrooms as some wanted to pop off when you laid on them. One last observation, the small step leading from the pool on the walkway to the outside shower needs to be looked at as it is extremely easy to stumble on it when entering or leaving the pool area from that direction. We would highly reccomend the property and would definitely consider it again for a future family vacation.

Tripping aligator hazard with potential

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many reviews raved about the cleanliness. I disagree but maybe thats due to the wear and tear of the home. First of all the Property Mgr, Coastal Home was very attentive to a couple of service calls...prompt and professional. There are alligators in the pond behind the house. One very large alligator (10' maybe) hung out on our bank a couple of days while we were in the very small pool protected by a low fence. We had a small dog with us, two elderly people and two small children. The alligators were pretty cool at first but we needed to be cautious and alert as the week progressed. The area rugs in the home were old and the ends were turned up resulting in many trips. Fortunately no bad falls. The area around the pool also has some tight spots and one poorly placed 3 inch step as you approach the pool. I think everyone in our large party tripped at least once on this step. The home has a lot of potential. The size and lay out is perfect for a large family. Plenty of parking and nice secluded area very close to the beach. I have some friends that dont care about alligators, tripping hazards or cleanliness so yes I would recommend to some friends but not all.

This one definitely ranks in the top 3 and ranks the best for cleanliness. Only one complaint. For a home that sleeps 20 people they only give you 2 car passes. A minimum of 5 car passes should be given.

This house is the quietest place we have ever stayed in. 13 adults and 2 toddlers and you never heard the young ones if they were not in the room with you. House has everything you might need including a stand mixer and blender (which both got used). Beach is a quick walk over the bridge (next to the house) over the lagoon and maybe 50 yards to the beach. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as described in the ad. Our extended family has rented several homes in Hilton Head - everyone said "Rent this house next time" as we were leaving. This is a fantastic home - you will be happy to stay here!

We all, 17 of us loved it.The only complaint I have is it is not very handicapped friendly . No grab bars in showers and hard to get upstairs from driveway. Would be very easy to fix showers and bathrooms by adding bars. But again, this is our favorite house ..my family wants to book this again .

This is the second year in a row and we’ve already booked 2023

This is a perfect house in a great location and very accommodating for a large group ( we had 14 in total). Rooms are large, kitchen is well laid out. Covered porch is a great gathering place. Pool and spa are in a private backyard. Beach is 300 yards away! Conveniently located in sea pines.
