If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this 2nd floor unit is for you! This beautifully updated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with travertine flooring and granite throughout. It offers 2 gulf front master suites, one with a walk-in shower, on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has a King bed, its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. Kick back and relax on your reclining sofas and soak in the views. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes will be left in the unit.

The unit was very clean and had enough starter stocks on toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher pods that we didn't need additional. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The LOVEBUGs where horrible and we could not enjoy our balcony at all but that is mother nature. The beach chairs was a nice additive for our stay as well. We had minimal issue other than a photo falling off a shelve in the bathroom while brushing my teeth that the glass shattered and cut my leg due to the shelf it was sitting on was hung with a finishing nail and did not support the shelf properly but other than that very small incident it was a great stay.

Great Place to Stay

Perfect location. It’s close to many fun things to do, places to eat, and is right on the beach with Incredible views! The condo was comfortable and the layout perfect providing privacy if sharing with another couple. We have a wonderful time everytime we stay at Sea Chase. The beach is beautiful and never over crowded.

The complex is replacing all windows and doors facing the gulf. The pool and needs to be updated along with elevator areas. We had a few maintenance issues but the maintenance people were fast and efficient. We really enjoyed the unit and the great contents. Just bring your clothes and beach towels! We will be back to E202.

Floor to ceiling glass in all rooms displayed a breathtaking view. The only negative was the sofas were quite worn and overall the building could have been a bit cleaner.

The beach was private so not many ppl there on any given day. It was sparkling clean, everything worked, kitchen fully stocked. My only complaint is the beds are very firm. I would def stay here again!

Nice Condo

E202 is a nice condo that I would recommend. It’s spacious, comfortable and well stocked. One downfall is that there were no actual blackout curtains in all the windows. The bedrooms stayed terribly hot during the day as there is only mesh shades that can be pulled down. At night I felt like there was very little privacy to those on the beach if the bedroom light was on and I had a lot of trouble sleeping in because of the bright morning sun. During our trip, I was 29 weeks pregnant. The beds were not super comfortable. I wish there had been a mattress topper for some added comfort. Overall, I would recommend this condo with the notation of those couple things.

Could Have Been Better

This particular condo was well furnished and clean. The owner of this unit could not have done anything to make our stay any better. Our problem started approximately 1 week before our arrival when we received an email that repairs were being made to the parking garage. Unfortunately, the construction was directly below our unit the week we were there and we had to listen to power washers, grinders, and electric chisels the entire week. Since there was no beach service available, chairs and umbrella rentals, we had a noisy stay.

The communication of the property manager related to access codes, parking and wifi was very smooth and timely. The sunset views from this property were breathtaking and the decor and layout of the condo with the separation of the bedrooms and the kitchen and living area in the middle was ideal. The kitchen was stocked wuth everything we needed. We did have some issues with the keurig, the streaming device and ventilation in the guest room. All but the ventilation issue were resolved by the property manager in a professional and timely manner. We worked around the ventilation issue by pulling in one of the box fans provided by the unit and kept the blinds closed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Great quick family trip

Went down to Panama City Beach for a few days of fall break and it was a nice place with a great view. Only problem was on our last day there was a power outage for most of the day which was a bummer but it was fixed by the time we went to bed. Overall we had a great time!

The balcony is right on the beach and the Living room area has floor to ceiling windows that make the view breath taking. The same in bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. The kitchen has everything you need with updated appliances. I would love to live here. I will definitely stay here again. You are close to activities but it is not noisy at all. This place is perfect. Exactly what we were looking for.

A quieter part of Panama

This was our first time to Panama in about 15 years. We are usually Destin people so I was timid but it did not disappoint. Our condo was amazing! We never had to wait long for the elevator. Only one row of chairs on the beach & even with people spread out with their canopies & umbrellas we still weren’t on top of each other like some places I was seeing. Never any trouble with noise or people partying. We gathered bags & bags of big beautiful shells. Sunsations, an ice cream place, Pizza Hut & best of all Sugar Kingdom right across the street. It was such a great trip! Thank you for having us.

Lovely condo and great location.

Family members rented 2 other condos and this 1 was the best of 3. Lovely, well stocked kitchen but not enough drinking glasses and the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced (couch is comfortable tho). Nice clean complex and gorgeous beach.
