If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! Recently updated with all NEW windows and sliding glass doors! This beautifully updated and decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout. This unit offers 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit featuring a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Just as described gorgeous views of the beach. If I would have known Panama City beach was this gorgeous I would have booked this trip years ago! Definitely would recommend staying in this condo close to pretty much everything. Place was clean and all appliances were working properly.

Clean, comfy and nice decor. We have stayed in this unit before and love it. We had a few problems with the washing machine. Might be time for a new one. Also, pest control should probably come more frequently. Also, a Keutig would be a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host was quick to respond to any issues.

One of the best units!

No matter where you are (except the bathrooms lol) have ocean views. My only problem was this year there was construction going on. While I understand it’s necessary, I would have liked to have that information. Still it wasn’t horrible. Just think that’s a disclosure that should be known when booking.

Hammer Drill Not Hammer Heads By The Sea

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nightmarish. We're told there might be a little noise...Hammer drill in concrete at 8AM 4 out of 7 days is not intermittent. They wouldn't even provide us beach chairs as compensation. I would cancel any planned trips during their construction. Looks like they have more left in the west building and the entire East building to finish. I'd have rather stayed in Atlanta and worked instead of most of the days of my vacation starting like this. Not sure I'll come to Seachase again after 6 prior trips to Seachase. This section of PCB has become the ghetto. We actually gave this area a new name while we were here and it's "Meth"ama City . It used to feel a lot safer in that area! The ceiling had sheetrock falling off tge ceiling in the master bathroom and main area by the kitchen and when you turned tge shower on hot the mold smell would leach from the walls. I can't imagine tge mold underneath. It was bleeding through the paint where they tried to cover it. The refrigerator was cool by day 3. Dare I mention the pubic hair in the bed, the nugget of unknown brown material on the bathroom vanity or the hand wiped plates in the cabinets. I made management aware of all of this and all they offered were the same stupid coupons they get for free to push the local attractions. There were 50 men and 7 trucks all around the property most days and parking was had to find. I'd keep a close eye of my little girls if I'm bringing a family. All we wanted was some beach chairs and they wouldn't even give us that after all of this. **** poor management **** poor contractors and a **** poor trip to "Meth"ama City!

We will stay here again as the unit was great. There was some work being done on the west building while we were there. Upon our arrival on a Sat some of the equipment was just laying around on the ground outside the elevator. It was cleaned up on Monday. Speaking to the property mgr. They were aware of the mess and apologized. Some of the units were having sliding glass doors replaced. Elevator was pretty fast mostly.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but needs some updating and care. The bathroom vent cover was under the sink, so the very dusty vent was visible. They had just put new windows and doors in but they were not cleaned very well, they were very dusty, I get work was still going on but when you know a guest is coming they should have been very clean at least when we arrive. When I get to my vacation condo I like to feel like special care was taken to make me feel welcome, like people care and want to make our stay comfortable. The other bathroom shower had a lot of water leaking out when the shower was used. The mattress was dirty and stained. Bath towels were limited. Two towels per person is not enough for Florida heat. And no one wants to have to wash laundry on vacation. The balcony was very narrow and the furniture on there was not comfortable. I did send a text with all of these concerns but no one has responded.

Another wonderful year at this location

Family Getaway

We had such a great time! We loved the layout and decor of the condo. The extra wide sliding glass doors in the main family area was neat feature and allowed the sounds of the ocean in. The whole building was undergoing some updates (new glass in all condos) so we weren’t too concerned when the glass doors in the main area didn’t close all the way or lock. And the sliding glass doors in both bedrooms did not open either and the handles were broken. That was adjusted In our price when we booked the condo. The location was perfect! We could get to and from restaurants easily! The beach wasn’t crowded and neither were the streets but there was still plenty to do where we were. The pool was smaller than I thought and I missed not having a hot tub but we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to rent this condo again!

Location and Beauty!

Walked in and was blown away with each step we took from the Amazing views! It was absolutely Perfect!! All of the views from every room, the balcony, the bedrooms, living and dinning room. We watched Dolphins every Morning off the balcony Sunsets, Perfect viewing! The entire Condo was clean and so comfy! My hubby and 2 teenage girls of 14 said I did good! We honestly didn’t want to leave and checked to see if there was availability for another week however there wasn’t. The Master bedroom and bath was so cozy. The pillow top on the master bed was Perfect! I honestly never wanted to retire and go to bed however when the long day was done, I couldn’t wait to go snuggle in the Perfect bed. It was so nice and slept like a baby. Hubby thought it was a little soft, but not me. The teenage girls absolutely loved there rooms! Plenty of room everywhere. Kitchen had everything we needed “except a muffin pan”, washer and dryer was perfect. Great water pressure, easy and fast Elevator but it was a little walk from the elevator to our room. The beach area was Nice. A little step to get to the water however once there and in the water, it was wonderful and worth it. We stayed 7 nights and it truly was Amazing! The fridge was Cold, ice was always available! I was a little sceptical about a few past reviews with the cleanliness because I’m a barefoot kinda gal however I had No probably with walking around with No socks or shoes. I felt at home and completely comfortable!! Thanks for sharing

Nice with some flaws

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In short:: we would stay here again IF they deep cleaned the entire condo. Until then, it’s honestly worth it to look elsewhere... To start with, this condo has an amazing view of the gulf. Both the bedrooms had views as well as the entire living room. The closets and the bathrooms were good size. The dining table was a very good size for 6-8 people. The balcony had enough chairs for 6 people and had 2 small tables. There was plenty of parking. Never had any issues with the elevator. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends and the bad/ugly begins. 1) The condo was NOT cleaned when we got there. There was crumbs on the floor. At the very least it should have been swept. Walking around with socks on really showed how dirty the condo floors really were.2) The condo NEEDS a deep cleaning BAD. In the showers, the aluminum frame and other pieces are moldy and disgusting looking. 3) Neither bedroom balcony door opened. 4) living room balcony door wouldn’t lock. Our toddler could open and close the door as he wished and he’s only 2 1/2. 5) sheets/comforter didn’t seem clean to us. We found what looked toBe a booger on the comforter. 6) The wifi would cut in and out 7) there were stains on most of the furniture throughout the condo.
